We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandWe had a fantastic 2 day stay. The location is prime (Futian), the staff is committed, and the breakfast offers a wide range of delicious options with again a nice and committed staff. Room was spacious and got a super comfy bed. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be back next time we are in Shenzen

GermanyIt's a nice hotel. Modern rooms, excellent spa area. Would highly recommend rooms with access to the lounge area. There you can have breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere and also have access to drinks, gourmet sweets and some food for dinner during the day. The staff are super friendly.

ThailandCompared to other Four Seasons this one is lesser in many ways. People smoke even though they weren’t allowed to, and the hotel did nothing until I had to complaint twice! I can smell the scent of cigar tobacco seeping into my room. Cleanliness could be better, especially the working area, armchairs, bath tub. The hotel staff, made serious mistake which withhold money from my credit card and won’t return after 14 days, even though instructed not to do so. I was furious beyond furious.
