WiFi is not good. The swimming pool in my villa is not clean so I can’t swim at all that was super sad for me. I tried to leaving the filter on at night so I can swim in the morning but the staff just turned it off …. Guess they’re trying to save energy so I give up on it for the rest of my stay . The breakfast can be improved.

My villa is big and beautiful! The room has a great vibe.Has free shuttle bus to monkey forest. The staff is very warm and welcoming.

Loved absolutely everything. I’ve traveled independently to about 60 countries, and this was my favorite. Each villa/room has its own large swim pool, yard, outdoor eating area and an incredible bathroom. Staff was top notch. It was exactly what I had hoped for in Bali. It was out of town (Ubud is very crowded and busy) and they will take you into town and pick up upon request.

Very comfortable villa, a bit outdated, but they are renovating some of them now. Staff is exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay better. Helped us with scooter rental and tours on very good price. Also provide free shuttle to and from Ubud center. Every night they prepared our room for comfortable sleep, and were lighting anti mosquito sticks. Breakfast served in the villa.

A place with cleanness, peace, serenity. Big pool and room. They offer daily breakfast and free afternoon tea & pisang goreng. Although they offering free shuttle but we rather to spend all the time in the resort. We very enjoyed to seeing the beautiful night sky with countless stars.

It's not quite walking distance to the village. A free shuttle solved this nicely though.

The villa was quiet and comfortable for the family. Lots of space to fit an extra bed for our son and it not be in the way. Beds were very comfortable and the private pool was great. Outdoor sitting space was also nice and large to spread out and relax. The breakfast was good with options available to suit dietary requirements. We would stay here again next time in Ubud.

Personal swimming pool. Completely private in a beautiful, lush and mature tropical setting. Loved the outdoor shower. We were given free shuttles to the town of Ubud and the Monkey Forest. Staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable, nothing was too much trouble; they were very attentive but, also did not pester us. Free breakfast and on site, small outdoor restaurant.

There is nothing to not like!

I loved how private and quiet Nefatari was....we extended another day and even then found it difficult to leave because we felt so comfortable and relaxed! Ari and Madde were the stars of the show...I cannot fault their service, friendliness and willingness to talk and explain things we were interested in. Madde supports the local animal foundation and was caring for 3 new kittens that had been abandoned just 2 weeks earlier...I fell in love with Hermini, the little black kitten with a short stumpy tail. Madde was waiting for her to be old enough for her spaying and sells the plastics to donate the money to the foundation....I LOVED this, that his caring was genuine, for the people who stay at Nefatari, and his community, the 2 & 4 legged variety....I will be back!!

Beautiful and well maintained property. Private villa with pool, spacious and comfortable room, with quiet air conditioning and bed with mosquito net, although we didn’t see any mosquitoes. The bed mattress was also really comfortable. Lovely outdoor shower and bath tub. Service was really friendly and excellent in all levels. Bountiful breakfast was served according to your choices. Location is not in the center of Ubud, but they provide free shuttle service to customers, which is awesome. There are several dining options within a 10 minutes scooter drive. I definitely recommend to stay here and hope to return one day. Big thanks to the whole Nefatari team.

Everything! The location is nice and secluded but still central to Ubud. They offer free transport to and from Ubud from 7:00am-10:30pm. The breakfast was wonderful and brought to your villa to enjoy. The rooms and pool look better in person than they do in the photos and are cleaned every time you leave the villa. Within a 5 minute walk there are plenty of spots to eat amongst the rice fields. Staff were lovely and helpful.
