We booked a triple room, so there wasn't much space, probably because there was an extra bed. The bathroom was on the small side. The mattresses were a bit saggy, but I slept pretty well probably from all the walking I did!

Walking distance to Ding'an road metro station, which is on the same line as Hangzhou and Hangzhou East railway stations, if you plan to travel to other places via high-speed rail (we came from Suzhou and also spent a night in Huangshan). The staff were helpful and gave recommendations for sightseeing. Walking distance to Xihu (West Lake) and Hefang Road which are added bonuses. The room was quiet. I believe you pay for what you get - wasn't the best hotel I have stayed in, but it was cheap and convenient for our 3 night stay.

Room have smell, hot water not good

The water pressure is not sufficient to me.

The area is great. Quiet but safe. Numerous food shops are around. The hotel provides great value. The location is also a good consideration.

I requested booked rooms to be close to each, the hotel replied and agreed, Upon I arrived, The staff had no idea. I was forced to accept what were available. The same happened to my second booking. I needed to request and request, remind and remind to different staff.

One younger lady staff was very friendly and helpful. She worked from 7:00 pm on 25/11 to 7:00 am 26/11/23.

The location is located at the 青年路 near YMCA with a pleasing street view and local food, cafe and mart nearby.

The room is very old and has a smell of smoking cigarette. The bathroom should be better than this. The air-conditioning unit is small and produces noise during operation. The room looks shabby.

It is near to the metro and the west lake is in a walking distance around 15 minutes. Another night market is also near to the hotel.

The room was too small to host two people with suitcases, the accommodation is outdated, people do smoke in the building and are allowed to be too noisy (shouting in the corridor, banging doors, ...).

The location of this hotel is its best feature and in my opinion it's only feature.

The lobby could be remodeled a little to look more attractive.

Even though they tried to keep the hotel clean there was a little dirt on the bathroom floor when we just checked in. And the ceiling was a bit moldy.

The location was good. The stuff did everything to keep the room clean. They were friendly and helpful.

The cleaness need to upgrade. Room is small but the price is there.

Location is perfect, very near to metro station. A lots of foods shop around the corner. Neighbours hood is good . Not far from attractions places, just in walking distances.

Hotel requires refurbishing as quite run down. Shower tap hard time adjusting the right temperature mix. Either super hot or total cold. Wifi is too weak to even load a single photo and requires staff to help sign in using their local mobile number as don't accept foreign number under roaming. My room although non smoking, had cigarette smell in the toilet and room. Requires the toilet exhaust turn on for sometime to expel the bad smell. My room also faces a local shop opp a small side road which has a recorded advertising that continues till late night. So either cut the noise to reduce the noise or open for fresh air but tolerate the noise.

Although a few hours before official check-in, staff allowed early check in. Staff is helpful and located 5 mins walk from the DingAnnLu (Road) subway. 15 to 30mins walk or subway to popular West Lake, Wu Ling night market, HeFangJie, GuLou, DaMaNong. As Google maps doesn't work, try using Amap.

The cleanliness. The room furniture and the hotel are old, dirty, the shower is old and lose water, the bed sheets old, the air seems not to circulate well. On a side of the bed I found a box for sex pleaser. It's clearly a pay the hour hotel, not a real hotel. The personnel is not well prepared to host foreigners. I asked them to clean the room better several times, in vain. All the room sockets didn't work!! And my charger was ruined by the power strip they lended me. Frankly I don't know how this kind of accommodation keep staying of Booking.

Maybe I liked the position. Maybe. But there should be other places with similar position.
