Front desk is not friendly. Lift is slow . The best needs repairs, some springs have risen to surface of the bed

The location is just back of Beijing Road pedestrian street. Very perfect location. Washing machine and refrigerator, iron board are available. Room Is good. There are 2 big beda, suitable for 4 adults. Supermarket is only at the same building. Lots of food and shipping shops around apartment

As this is an apartment located in a shopping plaza, sharing slow service lift to our 19 floor unit was a chore. There were people (shop tenants) relaxing, having their meals and smoking at the the 19th floor lift lobby. Apartment uses storage heater, so it will take a couple of minutes to heat up water for the next person to enjoy a hot shower.

Location is convenient. Easily accessible to shopping area and to Metro stations. Before we check in, customer service were very helpful and prompt to reply all my queries and my concerns. Upon touch down Guangzhou BaiYun Airport, CS Wechat me to confirm our arrival time to their apartment and check if we need any help. We were greeted by a very helpful front desk recep (Xiao Yun) on our day of arrival. Communication via Wechat to attend for room service requests was great. My family gives 10/10 for their customer service. We did not request to tidy our room daily, but they will place mineral water, fresh towels and daily amenities outside our room. Room was well equipped microwave, fridge, plates, no cutlery and washing machine with dryer. There was a smart TV in the living room but we couldn't get any program up for viewing which wasn't an issue for us. Wifi was available but we were told we cannot access to Google Services, FB and YouTube, that did not affect us either. It was a very pleasant stay for our family.

The elevator was terrible. Very very crowded on many occasions. There was also broken glass on the floor of the room when we arrived. A couple of the young men working at reception were rude and unhelpful. ☹️

This time round room given to me, Lots of tiny cockroach . Kitchen sink don't have dish soap. Can't wash plate or cups. 4person dining table only 2chairs ,I have 4person can't sit at all. Wait for lift take ages.. Can improve better.

Location is very good. There are Starbucks and sukiya ,family mart, 7eleven at ground floor. 2nd floor have supermarket .nearby Beijing road has lots of shop to go around. Tee mall is also nearby. Every time I go Guangzhou sure book this place as big room, good for family of 4 to 6.The rooms sometimes given to me are good. This time round abit dirty.

the wait to go up and down the elevator is very long. it’s to be expected considering where it is. our room didn’t look like in the ads photos but we were happy to have a clean and convenient space to stay.

Only one bathroom / toilet for 8 people. Though there are a number of lifts, they do not always work / stop. One of the bedrooms upstairs smelled of cat urine. Stairway lights are out.

The access. The lift system is horrible. You may end up waiting half an hour just to get a lift to your room. Friendly advice : better leave early if you have a flight. The lobby on each floor also was a bit unclean. Not well maintained

The building houses many hotels and apart hotels and Elevators take a little longer to get there. The bedrooms are not completely private (and are one the first floor ) and the bathroom is in the lower level of the apartment . No facility to cook in room except for the microwave and tea kettle . No bellboy or concierge.

Located literally in Hengrun Mall.. just beside and steps away from Beijing Road with a lot of shopping and eateries all around . The apartment we stayed at was bright with a high ceiling in the living area and had ample sunlight come through the very large windows. front office staff are very helpful even with their limited command of the English language.

Excellent location, 5 minutes to subway station. There is a really big food supermarket on the 2nd floor, u can go down only in trousers:))) by service elevator and buy some beers. :)

It was a lot smaller than the photo's made it look. The beds were not very comfortable but the linen and towels were very good. It had an obvious water leak as there was water damage on the ceiling.

It is dismally DIRTY. The place is DILAPIDATED and in need of immediate renovation. We actually stayed in this place way back 2019 but since then the whole building is not fit for human decent accommodation. The smell will make you puke, too.

The refund was eventually given to us after a day that the front desk refused to do so.

The elevator is really problematic. We were stuck waiting 10-20 minutes to catch an elevator going down from our floor several times. Taking the stairs is downright dangerous as there are no lights in the stairway. When asked for help calling a taxi to the airport, the front desk called us a private driver who took 30 minutes to arrive and then charged us at least double what a metered taxi would have.

Location is great, right beside hundreds of shops and restaurants on Beijing Road.
