location of property is very good. i am asian vegetarian so have not much option for food for lunch and dinner. need to give more option of meal. otherwise its good stay.

The staff were very kind and welcoming but they didn't speak English at all (even at the reception). The only person who spoke good English was the concierge. However, we didn't like the fact he expected tips for just booking a taxi. Also, the room Wi-Fi was quite poor, and we didn't have access to Google, Facebook, or Messenger, but I assume it's not the hotel's fault, but rather the country specification.

The hotel was quite impressive due to its size and it had a prime location, close to the main city centre. The beds were very comfy, and the room had all the essentials. Also, we were amazed by the views of the city from the hotel window and the abundance of breakfast. It was delicious and had so many options to choose from of various cuisines!

Room was rather warm with still air when we checked in. AC was set lowest at 24C. Found out other rooms some was set lowest at 26C. In the end had to settle in the room, But the manager was very helpful to accommodate us with 2 fans to cool the room. Thanks for making us comfortable to sleep.

The hotel wifi is slow and unable to access fast. The tv has less international or English channels like BBC or Al Jazeera. It will be good to have others besides CNN.

The breakfast spread and food is good. The room is comfortable and clean. The lightings are good and bright as well. Check in and out is fast. The express check out is a good initiative.

The efforts that the staff put to make our stay comfortable was amazing. The front desk staff, the housing keeping staff were well behaved and took efforts to understand our need. Special mention to the staff in the restaurant and Mr Tony & Mr Val from the Concierge desk.

In bathroom water is on the floor after you take shower, there is a curtain, but it doesn’t protect well. The smell of cigarette smoke in the room comes from somewhere.

Hotel is very good, pretty close to metro station. There is also a 24 hours convenience story just beside hotel. The swiming pool is very good as well as Gym. Breakfest is full of options for everybody. Could come back.
