The handmade noodles served at the 2nd floor restaurant were a disappointment 🥲

This is our 3rd time staying in this hotel. Great location👍 There's a convenience store & 南城香小吃(where we enjoyed simple value for money bf & dinner) right behind hotel. Station 灯市口 is just next to the hotel. The best facility is the washer & and dryer, which is free for guests to use. Staff are friendly. Special thanks to the conceige team ( esp Eric 😁) for taking care of my Taobao packages 🫠

Loved everything about the hotel. The staff were friendly polite and very helpful. The location perfect, lots of food options around, metro station right next door, self service laundrette (free for guests) walking distance to many shopping options and more. Price was very reasonable.

Can hear the noise from other rooms.

Excellent location with easy access to food and places of interest - Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The front desk gentlemen are especially cheerful and amicable especially Kevin who is very helpful.

The hotel is getting bit old, however it still comfortable to stay. We went to the breakfast around 8:30 , but the fruits already empty, we have to wait more than 20 mins until the fruit refill , but the fruit were empty again in 5 mins .

Location is perfect! In the middle of the center ,but a quiet area. We always choose this hotel when we need to stay in Beijing, due to this location and reasonable price . The staff as friendly as I remembered.

Close to MRT station so you can easily go everywhere. Hotel is very clean.staff is very good.breakfst is very good.I told the reception that today is my husband’s birthday. The housekeeping set up birthday decoration in the room for surprise. The staff also helped me to make reservation at Bai Jia Da yuan imperial dining. Thank you Aron Lie👍 you really made our day special.Thank you Park Plaza Beijing for your hospitality.

Superb location. Allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel for free while we travelled to xi'an. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting. Liked the connecting rooms arrangement, 24 hr convenience store opposite hotel, many eateries around as well

The location is superb. Just 1 min walk outside dengshikou station. There is a 24 hr convenience store opposite the hotel. The staff there are really friendly and helpful! Always greeting and smiling. Liked the connecting rooms arrangement. There is also a panda machine that will come and send our food delivery from outside.

Room was very warm and couldn't adjust. Informed hotel but was advised that settings were preset seasonally for the entire hotel so aircon/heating system couldn't be adjusted by individual room.

Very clean and tidy room, breakfast had lots of local and western options with different items each day. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Location was great- very short walk to a metro.

Really friendly and helpful staffs, they speak good English. The room is very clean and has all the comfort and functionalities that you need. There is a microwave to heat your food, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. The metro stop (Dengshikou - exit C) is right around the corner.

Little bit of cigarette smell in the bedroom.

Nick at the reception and concierge Andie made our stay. Both are very helpful and very reliable. Both speak good english, unlike the rest of the staff. Andie was helpful above and beyond.

Breakfast for westerners was poor. Very little choice of fruit. The hotel bar had no atmosphere and no room service available despite a robot ready to deliver room service. Laundry service available free of charge.

Location is excellent on metro line 5.
