The experience at the hotel was amazing. It seems to be newly built or renovated. The lobby is nice, and the location is excellent. The main metro station is just around the corner, and it's very close to Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing Street, easily accessible by foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-distributed, with a cozy bed.

The hotel is located on the quieter side of Wangfujing, which was about 5-10 mins walk away from the main part of the street where departmental stores are. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Also there’s a Michelin Star restaurant downstairs which was a bonus!

Attended by a poor attitude staff at front desk with no eye contact during check-in. Another staff handed me the hard copy invoices (not even fold the invoices) without envelope and not even a word during check out. She later took back the invoices and put them in envelope before returned them to me. The room is not clean as expected. Iron didn't work and had to call room service for help. Basic daily room cleaning.

Room size is reasonable with very nice bath tub. Comfy bed. Location is excellent. Walking distance to "Wang Fu Jing" and not far from Forbidden City and other tourists attractions.

There AC system did not seem to work in the rooms, but this was not an issue as I could open the window and the weather was fresh and crisp outside during my stay. There was very noisy night time roadworks that lasted until 4 am.

The concierges Hank and David were very helpful and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile every time we had a question or a request (booking train tickets, restaurants, changing airline travel dates, arranging taxis, arranging visits to tourist locations etc.) and they gave us great advice and tips on places to visit and restaurants to go to. Definitely seek their help if you stay at this hotel. The rooms were large and very clean. The decor is very zen. The bed is super comfortable, the linen soft and a mix of soft and firm pillows is provided. I requested that the windows be unlocked so that they can be opened as I like to let fresh air into the room. This was done within 10 mins. The toilet, bath and shower are super clean, no sign of mold at all, and water pressure in the shower is fantastic. The soaps and shampoos provided were very good quality. Breakfast is very good with a variety of Chinese foods as well Continental (the croissants were excellent).

There was nothing negative about our stay at the Empark.

The thing that stood out to us was the cleanliness of the hotel. They clearly take pride in making sure their guests have an exceptional place to stay. More than anything was the staff, you can not find a better experience at a hotel. Any questions we had or suggestions we needed, they were there with answers, making sure that we had everything we needed. Ms. Lulu took great care of us with anything we needed when you walked in, Ms Ella was there when we needed restaurant recommendations and DEFINITELY go eat at the hotel. You will not be disappointed in the exceptional breakfast and dinner. I promise you won't get lost as Mr Hank and Mr Richard will guide you through the city and make sure you get everywhere you need to go safely. There is nothing those two can not do. Many of the staff have wonderful English proficiency, so it was very easy to communicate, and we enjoyed conversing with them often. We especially thank them for setting up a beautiful room. It was our honeymoon, and when we walked in the door, we were so surprised by beautiful decorations and a lovely gift that was waiting for us.

Amazing and modern decor throughout (the hotel smelt amazing too!). Everything was super clean and worked perfectly in the room. Great location for exploring Beijing! All of the staff were very friendly and pleasant!

The air on didnt work i know it’s winter but it gets really hot in the room and it was stuck at 25 and we complained and maintenance couldn’t sort out. Some lady opened the window and and told is sleep with window open then we couldn’t close as no handle on window 😞. It is a problem that can be sorted and i hope they do as this hotel was excellent

The only down side is the pillow was a bit too soft for my liking, and the smoking situation seems to be something no one can stop because guests just smokes in their room.

The service was really unexpected. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay a comfortable one. I want to highlight Hank for helping us with all the booking as we could.not use WeChat, and the concierge team for assisting us with all our needs. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The location was really central with Wangfujing about 5mins walk away, train stations at the door step, everything is within 15 to 30mins walk if you want to stroll the streets. It was truly an amazing stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff is really helpful and there was always someone available who speaks English. The breakfast has a good selection. Our room was spacious and we liked the design and condition of it. The location is not only convenient for sightseeing, the putongs in the area are worth visiting too.

The bed: extremely comfortable, a dream! The breakfast: impressive selection of food and great quality. The staff: super nice and available, from booking the theatre, to provide stamps for our postcards. The room: beautiful features, great shower and tech of the room. Free water and coffee capsules provided daily. Location: underground station of the national art at 1 min walk from the hotel. Definitely I'll be back here when in Beijing.

Firstly, the location is super convenient to Wangfujin Walk and local restaurants. Our hotel rooms both twin and couple were very roomy and comfortable, decor was modern and airy, clever design of the bathroom sliding partition! Out of the four cities we've been to on our trip, This hotel offered the best breakfast with friendly and courteous staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Beijing for their vacation.

My room has a little smoking smell when we first walked in. I am extremely sensitive to the smell but my husband was fine with it so we didn’t bring it up. Maybe consider separating smoking/non smoking rooms.

The location was great, a few subway stops to all famous destinations. The hotel is close to the train station as well. The staffs noticed my birthday and surprised me with a cake. The room was really clean, the comfort level exceeded my expectation.
