Very fancy hotel in the center of the city. Huge room with walking closed, separate shower and huge bath. Bedroom bus very huge as well, all is very well designed. View is astonishing, you can complete close curtains and enjoy your sleep in ocean of pillows. Breakfast very balanced, Asian and European food. And pool o 41st pool is. a MUST HAVE

The room with the Pearl tower view was so beautiful. The view, the room with so much space, the swimming pool and jacuzzi, the breakfast, the english speaking personnel always with perfect manners. The little détails in décoration like lamps, very good taste.

The staff are friendly, attentive and very helpful. The reception lady Amber/Lucy (cant rememberthe exact name, it was a lady with glasses) was very helpful and helped me to resolve the booking issue. The staff Rita was helpful with our luggage as well.

Beautiful hotel with great views, well located. The room was very clean ,spacious and well decorated. The stuffs are super friendly and helpful, specially Betty, Leo and Mr Zhou( who helped us with bags).

Maybe the baguette in the breakfast could have been more crispy, we did not get the best view from the room, but that would have been extremely expensive. So we understood. The place is just expensive, but in fact it is so much nicer.

Breakfast is top. The design of the restaurant is so nice, it feels like luxurious and very comfortable. The waiters are very polite and friendly. The reception is also very nice, the housekeeping is very helpful. We loved to use the free laundry option, and the rooms and bathrooms are just stunning. The free bottle of wine is also a winner.

Staff members were nice, energetic and thoughtful, they took our requests seriously, double confirming with the Laundry, our silk gown were tended great. Rita handled my luggage well by check out, very considerate of her, she put a reminder gently to see if any of my belongings were left behind before we were about to leave. Enthusiastic and professional.

Regent apartment is in the same tower as Regent hotel. When taking wrong lift or when taxi driver confuses doors you must walk outside around building (approx. 5 minutes) to reach entrance of hotel.

Gym was great. Hotel art and interior (roaring 20s touch) was lovely. First round minibar was generous. Hotel staff is nice and patient. We had a great chat with Rita and Max who were extremely welcoming.

They forgot about our room service order until we called to check after about an hour. The spa area was absolutely freezing, impossible to stay there. The saunas didn't work too. One morning at breakfast we were told the restaurant was full and offered a take away box... once we called the manager to complain they managed to find us a table.

The free bottle of wine provided wasn’t good. It’s more like a fruit juice instead of red wine.

The location is perfect, close to public transport station. The are is not too crowded, but still closed to the main attractions. Besides, you can’t say no to free first round of mini bar and laundry service.

The location is good, near the the underground station. However it is not the best for exploring the old Shanghái.

The hotel is just incredible. Our room was very big and the views were just amazing. The bathroom was also very big and had every detail. The best part of the hotel is their swimming pool. Certainly one of the most beautiful I have seen. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The pool windows could be polished a bit more transparent to have a better view at the Pudong city scape, but that's a minor detail, which means it was all very nice and for a good price

Great beds, good shower and very nice view from the pool side. Staff was friendly and it was nice to receive a free minibar and wine bottle. Nothing really to complain about
