I answered both of these questions above Also...nothing to do with the room, but, it was weird how early everything closed...We were going to go out for dinner at about 9:00, we had to get something from the gas station across the street, just weird Oh, yea, the gas station across the street was great to have so close for unexpected necessities!

The room was Comfortable intimate the setting was really nice. It was private and very very easy to get to very convenient The only reason my overall rating is not perfect is because the room was a little bit small and the site site in which it was reserved was not very clear at all. About what room included what? And I think that the website did not show very accurate pictures. I was very very happy with the stay. I was just not happy with the advertising or that it just didn't seem to explain things veyry specificly and the pictures did not show exactly was included in the room. It was really comfortable though I was just disappointed that it didn't show or explain what it actually was it was really cute it was a really. Great trip and the staff was awesome awesome. I do have to say that I have refered it to friends, and would have chose to stay at Cathys specifically...i loved it! Just wanted to give feedback. I think the room was way better than the pictures!!!

The TV kept automatically turning on by itself even when we turned it off with the remote. Was a bit bothersome at night but we unplugged it and everything was great!

Everything was very clean. The spa with the fire tv placement was great! Perfect for a couple.

we had spiders in the kitchen cabinet and inside the cups. we arrived at night and it was hard to find our room, we almost slipped from the glassy layer of ice by the stairs.

The overall feel of the cottage was cozy, bed was comfortable, loved the fireplace. The room was clean, the thermostat was in an convenient location. Across the street from Circle K was a bonus.

Sound isolation is not very good (between paired cabins). When neighbors checked in for the night weekend, all of their (arguably, louder than most usual folks talk) were very much heard, as well as them running their jacuzzi at 12:30AM until 1:30AM. I would recommend to make it more clear to guests what hours for loud activities are acceptable.

It is a good room, and with an indoor jacuzzi too, Location was easy to find and was a convenient one for my purposes. Very clean property.

I had bad signal since my phone is from mexico, so it was difficult to get the cottage# and pin code, but cathy was super helpful and gave it by phone.

Second time staying in the cottages, love the room and the fact that it has a spa in, after a day in the bike park or snowboarding its the best feeling.

It was a 30min walk to the edge of town, but the location is amongst sparse pine forest which is a nice silver lining

Cosy clean cottages with the bare minimum of facilities - enough to get by comfortably for a week with most nights eating out. The one cabin we stayed in had Hulu, Disney+, and HBO max which was nice... I got the feeling it would be different for other cabins however.

We had a wonderful time everywhere that we ate but we didn’t notice when the windows were open and that there was spiderwebs behind them there was a lot of crud and outside where the chairs are the nails were sticking up if you were barefooted you could possibly cut the bottom of your feet other than that an amazing time wonderful place

the cabin we stayed in had a manager upstairs that was very loud and his footsteps on the creaky flooring made it hard to sleep. Mattress was very uncomfortable and LOUD. Woke up my infant several times.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, quiet, and relaxing. Easy to get in and out. Parking was good and easy to access. All amenities work wonderfully. Fireplace was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable.

That the office is not on the property. Also, the fact that you have to confirm your stay online, 24 hour before your arrival, and to sign the agreement online. But all was worth it.

My goodness, I would love to meet Cathy in person. I spoke with her on the phone, and she has the sweetest, nice personality you ever want to hear. She is her Cottage, it makes her, and she makes up for it. The Cottage was very impressive, marvelous, exceptionally appealing. I did not expect it to be so comforting, having all the amenities as if you were at home. I wanted to stay an extra night, one day I plan to stay longer. There is nothing you'll have to ask for. Everything is right written down, explained, supplied. There is two heaters, an air conditioner even though one's not needed in Big Bear. The Cottage is Miraculous, I cannot put it any other way. The guy at the off site office was really helpful, going out of his way to make sure that we got our room. They go way out of their way for their guest. Thank you Cathy, for a wonderful STAY at your Cottage Home. Will visit again. Semi Benson & George Level P. S. We left the place just like when we arrived, but if I could, I would have changed the linen.
