Great location with restaurants and little shops very close to hotel. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. Shuttle bus was great and fast.

On the map, the hotel seems very close to the airport, but it took over 35 minutes.

Free shuttle service is convenient. Our flight was early so we had to leave the hotel at 5. Though the breakfast starts at 5.30, the hotel prepare some snack for us.

Great shuttle, great buffet breakfast, friendly staff who were able to speak English with me (thank you!) comfy clean room, super flexible check-in and out (I was there for a 16 hour layover and checked in 9am and out at 9pm same day- just let them know in advance and they try to accomodate!)

It’s not close to the airport (but has a good shuttle service once an hour) but other than that it was great value

Great for a transit hotel, but a bit off the path if looking to stay in Shanghai longer. The staff were very helpful and with breakfast included and a good shuttle service this hotel is very good value

The shuttle bus was so packed with luggage and we could hardly fit in the bus

The hotel is obviously for layover or early morning flight catchers. It is located near to the airport accesible with the free suttle bus everyhour. The room was quite spacious and clean you don't need something more. I had an early flight so i could not eat breakfast, but in that case they provide you a small breakfast in a bag, such a nice idea

The only thing that it lacked was simply a box of tissue paper. For what I booked and paid, it’s ridiculous that the hotel did not provide that even when I asked.

Near the airport, free shuttle bus to the airport, many eateries nearby. The front desk service when we first arrived was wonderful. I want to commend front desk staff #305 for her attitude and excellent service.

The location of the hotel is near the airport but far from the bund (about 45min car ride or 1h 15min train) but is a good location is you need just need a stay for a night! The nearest train station is abit of a walk so we would take taxi to the train station to take to the bund.

The shuttle buses to and fro airport are very frequent, but you will have to message them the buses you want to take so the driver can expect your arrival! The nearest train station has direct train to the main area of Shanghai - the bund area.

Shuttle bus from Disney to the hotel is very late, 10pm is very challenging for my 6 years old. I noticed that someone has missed the bus last night.

Breakfast is very traditional Chinese food, it's simple but totally fine for me. The hotel's location is very good, close to the park and market, but it'll take a while to get to the metro station.

There was no clock in the room which seems like a small thing but as the internet didnt connect I was unable to confirm the time as i was concerned my phone hadnt changed properly and as i only had a quick three hour turnaround it would have been nice to confirm i wasnt going to miss my flight. Toilet blocked

The breakfast was not very tasty but there was a solid variety. The transfer takes much longer than a taxi ride however it's free.

Very convenient for a short time between the flights. Taxi to/from airport very cheap. The lady at reception spoke some English and was indeed very helpful. There are good and cheap places to eat around the hotel.
