I had my flight canceled almost at night. So I was completely lost - didn't know where to go. I found this hotel with the option of the room with bathtub. When I arrived I was surprised - the hotel is absolutely beautiful! More than that - they have outdoor pool and sauna that work till 23:00. We came there - it was empty, we had it just for us! The room is clean, fresh, had all the facilities you need, and of course - pretty view. We love it! We want to say thanks to miss Vicky and all the stuff of the hotel!

The buffet restaurant is simple and can be improved.

Nothing i can think off, only issue was the Canton fair shuttle bus in the morning departure time was 8.30am and it take little over 2 hours to arrive which is a waste of time, as before it usually took 1 hour. Hope if the shuttle bus can leave a bit ealier time like 7.30am to 7.45am.

Airport shuttle pickup and drop off was always on time, check-in was fast, Canton Fair shuttle was also on time, buffet breakfast was always very good with very wide variety, room was super clean, bed and pillow was super comfortable, provided with free bottled water, all staff we met was very friendly.

The variety of the buffet was not as diverse as before. The WiFi couldn't access foreign websites and apps, which was possible previously.

I used to stay here every time I took a flight, but due to the COVID, I hadn't been back in four years. Returning, the experience was just as perfect as before. The front desk was patient, the staff were enthusiastic and helped carry luggage to the room, and the food was delicious. The supervisor Vic Luo was very talkative and enthusiastic, and thoughtfully asked for opinions about the restaurant as well as patiently listened to suggestions. Moreover, he even offered us takeout, even though it was a buffet.

The renovation looked abit dated and carpet was dirty

Great service, really helpful staffs with good facilities and facilitate all needs. The environment is nice and quiet and well equipped. Will come back if I visit GZ next time.

I was able to keep up with my workload without internet issues and in a very comfortable room. Simple things like I could charge my laptop and there were heaps of plugs that fit all my tech! The front of house person people were very great. Thank you Addy for your help.

Check-in and check-out was very fast, booked standard room with 2 beds was very comfortable, room was clean, daily provided 4 bottle waters, shuttle bus to Canton Fair was on time always just need to book, plus point as there is a airport shuttle bus which need to book in advance, breakfast was very good with wide variety to choose, buffet dinner cost 288rmb daily but we couldn't have as there was not much we could eat, room service order was perfect and on time as per order confirmation, there are many restaurants and McDonald's on walking distance of 200m, this was my 4th stay to this hotel and would definitely book again on my next stay in Guangzhou,

the mirror should not be in the corner of the room at the back. It should be nearer to the wardrobes. You have to stand almost inside the curtains to see yourself which is not great.

Best hotel in this Guangzhou area for a business trip. The concierge service was exeptionell, Mr. Kevin solved any of my enquiries and even organized drivers to other cities. The hotel does have it's own VPN so 100% communication with Europe is possible and the wifi is even free.

Slight smoke smell in the room.

The staff there are really helpful, especially the manager Kevin Xu, he helped me with getting my luggage delivered back to my hometown and made the process very easy and smooth. I really appreciate his assistance and all the other staff members who made my stay so comfortable.

Shower had a fair amount of mould built up in the grout and corners
