The room didn't have curtains, only a roller that was too transparent to a lot of light got in at night. It could have been better having a decent blackout.

This is the boutique hotel you want for a business trip. With an excellent restaurant which is part of it, you get a great space for breakfast, but also, they have a great selection of world wines, that you cannot find in other hotels. The staff is superb, and you can walk to a lot of fine dining restaurants and shopping. I'm definitely returning on my next trip to Colombia.

1. The hotel charges for coffee in room after you use the first small batch of 2 capsules of coffee. It makes no sense as coffee should be abundant to all guests, at all times without extra fees in the country of coffee. I talked to the staff and they said it was a “corporate” decision but they will pass my feedback. I hope they change that because it is annoying for such a simple pleasure. 2. Showers are slippery. I forgot this issue as i have stay multiple times and i didn’t bring flip flops. It could be dangerous if you don’t pay attention when stepping into shower. But i love this place. Staff is awesome, nice, polite, and always willing to make you feel welcomed.

Could use some improvement of the lighting in the room, especially by the lavatory. Replace the iron chairs with a comfortable couch. The iron chairs were cold most of the times making in unpleasent to sit on.

Comfortable, quiet and spacious. Lovely boutique concept, ideal for couples and those that want to be near restaurants and entertainment but not in the middle of the noise. Breakfast was good in a cozy, classical restaurant. Staff was helpful and always friendly.

* I am not a big fan of breakfasts that you have to order. It was always delicious, but the choice is limited and it takes a while to get your food, which at least once stopped me from eating there because I could not wait; * It is common for hotels to provide at least one free bottle of water per day, but here you have to pay for it (and it is not cheap).

Although most of the breakfast was good, the juice tasted not fresh as existed but either it was bought in bottle or had been squeezed for a while as it was bitter. Otherwise it wouldl'd be a perfect experience.

The friendliness of the staff, the location as you can easily walk towards great restaurants (one is then located at the hotel), the cleanliness of the facilities and the bed was quite comfy.
