The location is great, very central. The hotel is very nice, rooms are comfortable. Verh special mention about one of the reception giys Jorge was especially nice and helpful!! Breakfast waa good as well.

A well-located welcoming hotel to explore all that Santa Marta had to offer.amazing architecture.great near the points of interest;great breakfast each morning to get started;the restaurant staffs were awesome.comfortable room and a refreshing pool.the staff at the reception,especially Jorge spoke good English and was exceptionally attentive.he gave me great directions on how to get to the bus station/market to get to tayrona park and taganga.there was another cute young lady with braces don’t remember her name that helped me too.the restaurant staff were awesome.

It was all good.

Excellent location in the old town, only a short walk to parque los novios where everything happens! Far enough not to be disturbed by the noise though. Easy walking distance to the beach also & Main Street shops. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast was also good. Staff friendly & super helpful! Special thanks to Jorge who lent me his iPhone charger on the 1st day before I bought an adapter for my plug!!

This is a safe haven in Santa Marta. We didn’t love the city but this hotel is perfect, really central and affordable for us. Breakfast on the terrace was great too

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, I think maybe as we had a longer stay it was more noticeable. I would recommend that the hotel look into mattress toppers.

Great staff, very friendly and so helpful. Good breakfast, several options to pick from and delicious. Great location, easy access to the bay, parque de los novios and La Quinta. Beautiful hotel, scenic around the indoor pool amazing high ceilings in the room. We used the massage services of the hotel and it was amazing, very reasonably priced and just great massage overall. The WiFi did go down during our stay and wasn’t very stable however they were attentive to this issue, and it was being fixed as we left. The first night we had access properly to the WiFi and it was really good.

The pools are very small. Due to the neighborhood, it can be a bit noisy at night.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We had a nice, large and clean room (suite) with a comfortable bed, great bathroom, balcony and small fridge. We can definitely recommend it and would come back anytime.

Probably the best stay we had in Colombia! The breakfast was amazing, the hotel grounds were clean and well kept & overall relaxing. The location is on a quiet street, but a quick (~5min) walk to the beach and to the central area where all the restaurants and bars are. Also only a 10 mins walk to the bus stop to minka & tayrona.

Excellent hotel in a great location near the centre of Santa Marta's main strip. The staff are wonderfully kind and helpful. Room is large and comfortable, with a good bed and great shower. Highly recommend.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Santa Marta. In the old quarter on a safe-feeling street, it is close to many restaurants and bars but very quiet and secure. Staff are very helpful and breakfasts delicious. Nice little pool on the top floor to cool down in. Effective air conditioning, huge room, good WiFi. The best place we stayed in South America. Highly recommend.

The rooms were a little dark, with no view. but we did not spend a a lot of time there.

Breakfast was great, the pancakes were amazing! The location was very good close walk to everything, but a bit away from the action so nice and quiet. The staff was the number one reason we love this hotel. They help us we so many thing, directions, recommendation, translation and made sure we got to our location safely!

Staff were very very helpful, responsive and friendly. Special requests were addressed with enthusiasm. Shower was wonderful, pool a nice option at end of a hot day and a huge room. 2 level accommodation provided appearance of very large space.

The staff is kind and attentive to details. they gave all their effort to fix a small misunderstanding and I appreciated that very much. the location is very good, near the crowded streets with restaurants and pubs but still safe from the infernal noise overnight.

Great location within the old center and also not too far from the beach. Funky bohemian interior is cool. Street itself is really quite. There are some bars on the street behind the hotel. We were there on a Saturday and the noise inside our room was ok. You could hear some music but nothing that would prevent you falling asleep. On top of that the hotel gave good earplugs for free if you are a light sleeper. Bed was really nice. The pools are nice, but quite small. Rooftop pool/ terrace area is a nice place to chill after a hot day exploring the city. Breakfast was very decent and staff did a great job when we let them know we were in a bit of a hurry at breakfast because we had to get to the airport. Also, nice view on the basilica from the breakfast terrace. Unbeatable for this price!

The mini fridge was noisy and we could hear loud music all night as well as the bells from the cathedral nearby.

Staff were very polite and helpful, room was spacious and clean, and the location was good for many shops, restaurants and bars.
