We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumA very clean and comfortable hotel. The family room was very large. The hotel is located in a quiet street of Villa de Leyva and has a private parking lot for cars. The owner, Don Carlo, is super friendly and goes the extra mile for his guests. He even fixed our car! Gracias Don Carlo!

The owner, Carlos, is an incredibly kind person. My wife was sick for part of our stay and he showed genuine concern, even offering to assist with remedies. The room itself was massive (we had the family suite) and very clean. The beds were super comfortable. Really felt at home here. Would stay again!

Not overly fancy, but just what you need for a few nights in this gorgeous town. Wonderful location that was close walking distance to all the main attractions. Convenient secure parking. Very good service from all the family who made sure we had everything we needed and were available early in the morning and late in the evening to let us into the property. We got lots of suggestions for activities and restaurants. Beds were comfy, rooms were sizeable and the hammock to lie in and view the vista of the town was an added bonus. Thank you Carlos!

United StatesCarlo is a great hotel host. He took care of our laundry and even drove me to the bus station when it was time to leave. The wifi is super fast. I clocked it at 30mbps most of the time, which was great for video calls and working from home.

ColombiaIt is located within walking distance of the main square and the bus terminal. The room was comfortable and clean. We were provided with toiletries such as soap, shampoo sachets, and there were also towels; the room also included a SmartTV. In our room there wasn’t a closet per se, but the room has a small area with two clothes hangers where you can put some of your clothes or shoes. The best thing about this place was the host. Carlos is very helpful and kind, and he can communicate in English, which I found pertinent for foreigners.
