My arrival on the first night was very late (1 am) and I was received with some terrrible news, advising me that the room was not available. The excuse was a maintenance malfunction in the room I was asigned to. I ended up sleeping in a room that was not ready, paint job was not finished, telephone was not operating (had to walk down to the lobby for every need or question). Next day I was transfer to a room that was ok.

The staff was friendly, but the food quality was disappointing. The fruit and coffee were not fresh. Overall, the breakfast did not meet expectations and the hygiene of the room was poor. All these aspects did not match the high scores on booking.com.

Friendly staff and location. Zamir from front-desk is a truly super star, he understands well the needs of his guests and did his best to help us.

There was no hooks to hang the towels and no hand soap to wash the hands(we had to use the small shower gel instead). At one point in the morning staff member was knocking on the door repeatedly to come inside and check if we used something from the bar, even though we had a sign - not to disturb. This was questioned again from the reception when we were checking out.

Breakfast was great. Rooftop and terrace was nice. Bed super comfortable.

There was a constante cigarrete smell inside the room and I hate it.. I didn't mentioned anything as I was going to be there one night. Also, I booked a couple room with a queen size bed.. And they send me to a double-bed room. We have to sleep together in a semi-double bed. Not nice.. Still nice bed though

The facilites are beautiful. The room has a nice chic touch. Best bed ever! Kind people, servicial and they do pay attention to details. Free parking in place Excellent breakfast

Poor communication leading up to the stay. Pickup from the airport was prearranged and then staff became unresponsive to messages and failed to show up. Luckily, Uber was available and easy to arrange.

many things we dislike: - poor service: only 2 towels for 4 persons booked, 1 roll’of toilet paper. we had to ask twice to get more of both - we have been asked to leave the pool as we needed to book a time slot as the hotel was too busy. the concept is weird but above all, no one told us the info - bathroom doors made wrong: you cannot lock yourself in nor switch on the light inside - breakfast: we had to wait 40min to get waffles as the staff clearly did not master the waffle maker machine - staff: no one seem to speak English, which is concerning for a Raddison hotel with an international clientele. And in Spannish, the staff did not make any effort to make themselves understandable. no information given about the city

The staff is not really on the expected level. When arriving we were not greeted once and the check-in took about 15 minutes of which we were just standing there with no clue what the lady is doing. There was even a lack of common courtesy as not one “gracias” or “con gusto/de nada” was heard. As well in the restaurant we had some difficulties with the staff because everytime, she brought us the wrong things, even easy orders (maybe it would be helpful to write down the orders).

The rooms are very nice and clean. The pool and the view are amazing.

doors to the room and bathroom were hardly closing, water in the sink (located in the room) was running with huge noise. the pool is a disaster - max. stay =2hrs & advance booking is a must. They’d better change it to an open air terrace with live music in the evenings for better user experience and fun.

spacious and good looking room with balcony, staff very helpful at reception and in the restaurant. Nice breakfast options in a roof top restaurant with excellent view on the city.

You can hear everything is happening or being said in the other rooms, not enough parking lots, so you might have to leave your car outside.

Buffet breakfast . overcooked eggs ,staff could use training .photos of facilities do not reflect smallness of swimming pool .I reserved a superior room .had I not asked to see I would have end with smaller room .SCREECHE Bathroom door in 804.No bellhop. Parking for only 5 cars on a 10 floor building

Air condition was annoying, couldn't be controlled from the room. room key stopped functioning almost every day. In every entry to the parking lot you need to horn, a few times they didn't even hear... I needed to come out. surrounding area a bit boring with no restaurantes and stuff to do.

I didn’t appreciate not being told about the pool being closed for repairs. Th room is clean and the staff is great, but that’s pretty much where it ends…

Looks like the rooms were recently renovated however, our ceiling still had the concrete and wood still exposed. Not sure if that was the look they were going for. A/C wasn’t working but didn’t realize it until half way through the night. Door knob for the bathroom needs to be fixed. It was loose which caused it get fought on the jam. Got stuck in the bathroom until I could wiggle enough to get it unstuck. Would be nice to have some one help with the luggage or at least a cart to help get all the luggage to your room.

The location is great! Especially if you want to be away from all the huddle and bustle. It is still conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The beds were great! Our room had pillow-top and looked brand new. Loved the multiple pillows. Breakfast was amazing! Loved the display and freshness of the fruit.
