We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great 4 star hotel in El Prado, not far from restaurants and the city center for museums and activities. Excellent breakfast, good size room, and nice decor. The staff was wonderful.

United StatesWe reserved and paid for a king room but we’re assigned a double (totally changed the mood of our trip). Since two weeks before and at the property, Hotel would not correct saying there were no king rooms available, but they were still advertising availability—king room next to us was available- was it because we had prepaid? Double rooms were inferior (no robes and amenities, etc) The room was not adequately prepared. We had to request towels, toiletries, tissues, even having room cleaned. There were no drawers or place for our clothes. Safe and closet were in the dark as light did not reach. The lighting on the sink and mirror was horrible giving a green tint to the face. Impossible for make up. We avoided being in the room as much as possible.
Facilities outside the room were fine. Great breakfast on days 1-3, mediocre, limited, and truly disappointing on days 4-5

I booked a 3 night stay to unwind after a 3 week motorcycle tour of the Caribbean coast. It was amazing luxury in every way. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It just has the nicest ’vibe’. The hotel is very quiet, the beds and linens are fantastic. The hotel and rooms are spotless, the neighborhood is quiet, safe and beautiful for walking. Breakfast was different every morning and always a big variety. Don’t miss trying their restaurant, also out of this world.

BulgariaThe hotel could improve the breakfast offering by providing more salty bread options and drinking water for free, instead of charging for it. The Italian restaurant was a bit overpriced, considering the quality of the food was good, but not freshly made and definitely not worth twice the prices you would pay for the same dishes in Italy.
The hotel was an amazing oasis of quality and high tech facilities in the middle of a luxurious neighbourhood, which has buildings last renovated decades ago. This is the best are of the city and the area around the hotel is very safe ... unlike the rest of the city. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and both restaurants in the building provided very good food. Welcome drinks, coffee and biscuits in the welcome area are a very pleasant touch.

This is my second year in a row coining to this place and I honestly don’t see myself coming back to Barranquilla without staying here.
