Everything was increíble.

Everything. Front the front gate onwards, we had a great experience. There was someone to meet us at the entrance, helped us with our luggage and was very cordial. The facilities are outstanding. We had the jacuzzi and cold pool after a hiking the Cócora Valley and it was very pleasant. Wifi was great and the breakfast as well! In the morning, they even bring coffee to your room! Fantastic people and beautiful views.

Only that the room got very hot during the day and there was no air conditioning, it wouldn’t be a problem as I understand mostly the weather there is typically cool and colder than the time we stayed

In general everything was excellent. Jeffrey and his wife were very welcoming, always available to meet our needs. The location was amazing, we loved to enjoy the morning time at the balcony surrounded by the mountains.

Amazing accomodation close to Salento. You can easily get to Salento by bus (400m away - at main street), that goes every 10-15 mins and is very cheap (2000 cop). Very close (walking distance) to Santa Ria reservation with natural pools and waterfalls. The accommodation offers very tasty breakfasts with products from locals. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hosts are very friendly and give you many recommendations for travelling and sightseeing around. You have to try jacuzzi!

No bathroom soap, a bit far and felt quite lonely, but that’s just minorities. I think the cost is quite high for the conditions we were in

Very nice and clean. We were the only guests there at that time so they had to work only for us😁. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Tasty but with limited options, probably due to us being the only guests there.

Was not specified anywhere during booking, but to use the hot tub it's a $70,000 peso fee. Been traveling ages and use of pool/hot tub is always included in the room rate, and did not find anywhere that this was an extra fee before booking. They also do not have a working phone number you can can call before booking, so even though I wanted to call to verify pool was available I couldn't and pool was out of service...

Breakfast and all food was amazing! Chef is excellent. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit salento.

Only thing - it costs to use the jacuzzi and we didn’t feel that was made clear.

This is an amazing hotel, lovely views and the rooms are gorgeous and very high quality. Everything is clearly very new; the bathroom was top-notch. Jeff went out of his way to make us comfortable and clearly a lot of love has been put into this property. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places for our holiday in Colombia. Overall perfect service, example: brought good quality coffee to our room before having a great breakfast, awesome!

It was a perfect place to stay in Salento. Wonderful service since we arrived to the hotel. Jeff was very accommodating and helpful at all times. Rustic style room with comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and a nice chimney. They have a nice turco and jacuzzi available. Would stay here again if we are to come back!
