Many tourists equal many noise

The laundry was quite expensive. The staff didn't seem very happy to be there, weren't very receptive. Definitely not sound-proof, even with ear plugs.

The hotel is well situated in Getsemani and the old city is around a 10-minute walk away. Rooms were a good size (we booked single and were given double rooms). Clean en-suite bathrooms.

Front desk staff were fine, but the least friendly out of anywhere we stayed during our trip in Colombia. The bedding was all clean, but the room and bathroom itself were pretty grimey. The AC hadn't been on, so the room smelt mildewy and damp. Lots of spots of mold, especially in the bathroom. More mosquitos in the room than we saw while staying in the mountains for some reason. We didn't really care about any of this too much as we were just staying one night before heading to the airport, but I wouldn't want to stay here for an extended duration.

Renovations were taking place, so it was a bit noisy and dusty.

This hotel has the best location, it's literally in the middle of Getsemani's nightlife activities and also very close to the walled city. They have affordable tours to all nearby attractions so you don't have to buy them on the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very small, badly decorated, property is dated, you hear guests and staff in the courtyard in the morning and night. The kitchen facilities are shocking, don’t stay here if you want to use the kitchen. We also didn’t have water for the full 3 nights we stayed there, water was out across the city so no fault of the hotels but the staff didn’t do much to accommodate the situation. For the price it is okay but could definitely get better for £30 a night.

The location was okay, road felt quite safe at night. Aircon in the room was great, and tv had Netflix YouTube ect.

After the first night in the hotel, they reached out during the morning saying that we had to go back and change the room because they gave us the wrong one. We were already out on a trip so this was a major incovenience. We got a room on the ground floor which was extremely loud and we couldn't sleep the whole night.

I added a Colombian phone number on my booking.com profile and because of this they charged me 20% in taxes. This is after I showed them that I’m not Colombian and that it was only a phone number. One of the rooms had stains on the bedding and a large brown stain on the towels. The shower drain was also clogged.

It’s situated in the Getsimeni neighbourhood which is just outside the old city. The area is very beautiful and it’s only a short walk to the old city. The rooftop has a nice relaxation area and there are some drinks available for sale on the premises.

Friendly staff, free coffee, air conditioning in the room, felt safe :) They cleaned the rooms very good and we left valuables in the open.

The sink was very loose and someone fixed but only partially. Some of the receptionist weren't very nice. The keyring was so big that wouldn't fit in my pocket so I had to get my bag everytime I go out

During a rain storm water came through the roof. 2 am other guests were being moved to a room with a watertight roof. Not a big problem though. Disappointed the parrot isn't there anymore.

The hotel was good value for money. The location is excellent. The interior with the open courtyard is spectacular. Lots of good features. The beautiful smile of the lady on reception.
