Collective kitchen need to have more cooking utensils. And also one big thing, reception staff needs to be more professional and educated. Some girls on reception are not pleasant. One tru professional of them all on reception is Ilidenis! Beautiful person and top employee.

Very nice hostel with curtains on each bed in the dorm. The bathroom was clean and functional. The rooftop very confortable, with a nice view on the city and the barman was extremely kind.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice. My mom and I even got to leave our luggage there while we did a 3 day tour. The pool area is new and very relaxing.

Points for improvement: 1. some more usable common areas inside in case one cannot sit on the rooftop (like a coworking space for example or just a room with a coupe of tables) 2. a better orientation from the staff concerning activities and the town of Riohacha. 3. Breakfast was ok but could use some variety.

The place looks very new! Rooms have air conditioning and they are very clean! The rooftop was really nice with a big area with tables, a kitchen and a pool. Definitely a good place to stay in Riohacha.

The breakfast area could use some curtains, only two tables were covered from the strong early morning sun.

We were 3 friends and wanted to book a private room. Since the private room also has 4 beds I don't understand why they didn't want to give us that one, charging 3 persons. We now had to pay 4 beds and had to pay the towels extra. In my opinion they could be more flexible especially considering the fact that it was low season and the hostel wasn't fully booked. Breakfast was less than average.

Pool, great beds, very nice employees, helpful. They even lowered the level of the music on the rooftop because we couldn't sleep (and there were no guests upstairs). Very nice! Thank you :)

Very nice pool and terrace, the attention of the guy at reception <<Jairo>> is great, he helped me with many questions I had and was able to get me a tour to Cabo de Vela at the last minute, very willing and helpful with a good sense of humor man :) I will come back again

There is no hot water, although with the temperature in the area is not very bad.

We booked this place the night before going to the Guajira Tour. Very pleasant room, with air conditioning, and the swimming pool area was nice. Simple Colombian breakfast - no complaints. Placed next to the malecón.
