Amazing gorgeous chic hotel!!! Very well located and only 15 minutes walk down the hill to Parque Lleras. Felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived. Me and my partner were greeted by a very fiendly, professional and courteous staff. Gave us a free welcome beer and water as we were checked in. We had a gorgeous modern big comfortable room with a small.balcony with a view of Medellín. Beautiful tub spa on the room surrounded by white white soft rocks on the floor. Very confortable king size bed, cold air conditioner which you can control the temp. Very nice walk in shower with rain showerhead. L'Occitane brand toiletries, shampoo, body wash and body lotion were a big plus and a very welcomed surprise and special touch! Delicious cook to order breakfasts at the rooftop open air lounge with a spectacular view of Medellín. Overall this gorgeous chic hotel EXCEEDED our expectations, is so beautiful, excellent price per night and our best deal in all our Colombian trip. Will definitely stay again at this hotel when back in Medellín! And we will as we fell in love with Medellin and their very friendly amazing people! Congratulations for having such a great hotel! HIGHLY recommended!

The location of the hotel is at the top of a hill, takes about 10-15 mins to walk down into the centre of Poblado and a steep walk back up. Taxis are cheap but it’s definitely not close by and no other restaurants around at the top of the hill. Just a small frustration; we always left our towels hanging to avoid getting new ones and try and be more ‘eco’, just as the sign said. Yet everyday we had new towels!

Beautiful, spacious room and I loved the interior design. Rooftop restaurant was gorgeous with great views, lovely for breakfast. We also ate dinner one night and the food was fab.

The elevator was tiny, and we found the lack of security surprising. You literally enter the elevator from the ground floor and proceed directly up to your floor; no codes, key, magnetic card, or staff interaction required. My final criticism was the length of time it took to get coffee with the otherwise outstanding breakfast in the morning. Both days we were there, our coffee literally arrived as we were almost finished with our meals.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was also exceedingly kind. The meals we had at the restaurant on the roof were all delicious and well prepared.

Oh my God, I can’t forget this hotel. Such an amazing room, a breakfast at the rooftop that you feel like you have ordered at an expensive cafeteria but instead it’s included in the price of the room, the views of the city are extraordinary! You need an Uber to go around but don’t worry because it’s very cheap. You need to book this hotel!!!

They had a private event at the rooftop restaurant on our last day which was quite noisy until late hours at night, since the hotel positions itself as a quiet hotel I find this to be unacceptable.

This is an amazing hotel and I would like to thank the staff for making it a memorable stay. I stayed in a room with a bath which was fantastic. The decor was beautiful throughout the hotel, the rooms were spacious and the l'occitane products and bath oil were a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious and served on the roof top restaurant. Full marks for house keeping. The hotel is conveniently located with a supermarket across the way. Thanks to the staff for being so patient organising taxis and giving me information on the area.

Some extra towels and wash cloths would have been a nice touch. We just had two shower towels. Extra hangers in the close would have also been a great addition.

The breakfast was amazing!! Fresh fruit, coffee, juices, and a different breakfast entre choice every morning. And the rooftop open air view provide a great start to the day!!

There is absolutely nothing negative to report.

Everything was amazing. We appreciated how the staff were so kind and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. The hotel is beautiful, the terrace restaurant has delicious food and incredible views. We loved our room, the comfortable bed, the cozy bathtub and modern shower, as well as the view from the balcony. The area is the best in the city. The owner went out of his way to introduce us, tell us a bit about his hotel and share information with us.

Not everybody from the restautant staff was always very professional. Some of them were always very cheerfull and attentive, while others of the staff didn’t really seem to enjoy their job and were not too caring and attentive, even though there were not too many people in the restaurant. Breakfast could have been a little better. I don’t understand why not all the options are included for hotel guests and fresh (orange)juice for example is something that could make the experience a little bit more exclusive. At night it was very noisy, even with earplugs I woke up at 5 am because of the noise from the busy street. After 2 nights I moved to the other side of the building, I was hoping this would be better, but the noise was the same and the condition of this room was poor. That was a little dissapointing. Overall I enjoyed my stay, most of it was good, and the staff was helpfull and friendly.

Very nice room! I loved the spaciness, tastefull decoration and most of all the bath. The TV has a lot of options too watch. Very modern and convenient. It made me feel at home immediately. Staff was very helpfull and friendly and I loved their modern housestyle including the uniforms and sneakers that they were all wearing. A lot of details were well thought trough. I also loved the restaurant. tastfully menu, decorated, nice views and good food! Also quite ok priced.
