hotel is always close, you must ring and staff will open the door - it is all day (24h). Location is not safety, a lot of homeless on the street, so you must carefully. Probably they are not dangerous, but...

staff was very friendly, clean room, hotel is very quiet and for this price it is very cheap. Breakfast were small but relativ ok, you must choose from the menu, and staff will be prepare it to you.

Unfortunately there was hardly any water pressure. Therefore the shower was hardly usable. The staff didn't acknowledge the problem. The airport pickup didn't work out very well as the driver was very late.

The hotel is a lovely renovated colonial house. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The breakfast was good. The location was superb if you want to explore the colonial part of Bogota. massage service was okay.

The location was just down the street from the main thoroughfare where only foot traffic is allowed. Felt safe during the daylight hours however the night was a little different.

The staff were incredibly friendly and did their utmost to make your stay pleasant. The hotel was quaint with the rustic charm. Also very clean. The breakfast every morning was nothing fancy however very tasty.

The position is just awful. We got attacked in Bogotà and the neighbourhood must be avoided at all cost.

The location though very centric, is surrounded by street vendors, especially on Sundays, where it's practically impossible to walk through. This is not the hotel's fault, but something to consider when booking.

The staff was very helpful. They gave suggestions, tips and recommendations for wandering around as tourist sites and restaurants. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and spacious.

This time the reception staff seemed not interested when receiving us. Very different experience from the last time we were here with a different receptionist.

The breakfast was okish. The coffee let's it down. It doesn't taste of coffee at all. The omelette is meant to have ham, sausage etc but you can hardly taste it nor see it. The bread that comes with it is of poor quality. The pancakes were nice. They don't offer any toiletries apart from a little soap and the towels are super thin and a bit old.

Santa Lucia hotel is located in a beautiful colonial style building. Our junior suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is good within walking distance from.Plaza Bolivar and other sights and plenty of restaurants. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

No faults with the hotel but Bogota was below expectations.

The location is central and close to the gold museum which is a must. The decor of the hotel is very 1920s and worth a visit for this reason alone. Overall we were very satisfied with the place.
