The hotel has a very obvious musty odor through out the facility. The pool is incredibly small and there were only cushions on one piece of the outdoor furniture. It was almost as if they don't want you to enjoy the pool area. The prices at the bar, spa, mini bar, and restaurant are ridiculously over priced. I understand that there is a premium for convenience but the prices are so out of proportion that it was almost comical. The junior suite has no TV in the living area although the photos show that there is one.

The hotel is a very nice choice if you are staying in Barranquilla. The staff really go out of their way to ensure that your stay meets or exceeds expectations. I had a few issues with my room and Carol at the front desk promptly saw that all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. She really made my stay! Jose in the evening was also very helpful. Other than that, I feel the central location is very convenient. There is a 24hr pharmacy and McDonald's right next to the hotel for any last minute needs or a quick bite. Super fast wifi, good AC, hot water in the shower.

The room was nice but the floor was painted and it looked like Sth else when we entered it, also towels were missing for the 2nd person. So I had to call room service twice.

Location is in a prime area, but not quite in the center. Walking distance to a mall, McDonald's, some cafes, and convenience stores. Everything else is too far to walk to in the heat. The pool photo was deceiving. The photo shows a wide rectangular lap pool, but it's really only a one-person 3ft wide and 4ft deep swimming lane next to a 1ft deep underwater shelf which is most of the "pool" space. The water was murky and too warm. Guests needed to reserve the pool ahead of time. The spa was filled, and the jets worked. The water was the same temp as the pool (Barranquilla weather is too hot to enjoy a hot tub). The pool bar area was closed in July. Room key card kept demagnetizing. Card needed to use the elevator and to power on room electricity. This hotel was pricey due to the area. There was nothing wrong with the accommodations per se, I just felt that there were many better choices. Nearby hotels I've stayed in before are higher quality at lower prices, but were sold out this time. Alternatively, the hotels farther north near the Riomar area offer more amenities for cheaper prices.

Good location near the center of town. 4 min walk to Mall. Nice rooftop view. A/C and Wi-Fi worked well. Large, clean double room. Crisp white sheets and duvets. Bed was hard, but that's standard in Colombia. Fridge. No microwave.

The manager was rude when I asked him about an extra tax they charged me with. He basically said,to go to another hotel if I didn't like it. That was completely unnecessary to be that rude.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Great location and most of the staff was very nice and professional.

This is a well run hotel with large rooms & close to some fabulous restaurants. The rooftop pool is small but nice and the hottub is refreshingly cool. I work in the fitness industry so i was pleased with a small but well stocked area. I travel with my puppy and was charged a flat rate for her and everyone was very kind to her. Other hotels are not so pet friendly as this one. OH! And I usually don't eat breakfast, but treated myself to it one day, because here, it is amazing. A bounty of options with plates from the kitchen too.
