Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PanamaMy room had a problem with the air conditioning and the bathroom, we had to change to a different room. My family that was staying in another room also had problems with the bathroom. They moved them to another room. All the rooms were missing something. Little things that make a difference. We were 2 and they put just one towel in every room . They want to save water not changing the towels but nowhere to hang them. Also one of the elevators didn’t work for one floor. We had to wait for the right one to go up.
The breakfast was ok . Nothing special, but ok

Austria- Problems with reservation via booking, even if I booked two nights, they had only one in their system - Asked multiple times to add breakfast during check-in. When I went to the breakfast, a lady monished me that I had breakfast even if I didn't book it - Room was not very clean - Room had many damages (see pictures) - When I left my room in the morning for check out, a wooden bar of the door frame just fell down and nearly hit my head. Guy at the reception did not really care

Everything was amazing. The location is great, the room was very comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly. On my first morning I woke up, I noticed there was no coffee machine in the room, so I asked for one and they brought it right away. Small details like that made my stay in NH collection Royal a perfect stay. I would stay here again without hesitation.
