Little variation in the breakfast

The staff helped wonderful with the issue to get in contact with Booking com. I would never be able to reach them myself. It has cost the staff more than an hour to solve the problem, but the persistence was ever lasting. Great.

the host Lily is soo friendly and helpful, I really appreciated that. She helped me organizing a tour to the desert with an amazing guide, I could stay one more night without problems and also the rest of the staff is really nice. the room was clean and the bed comfortable, it has AC, breakfast included and there is also a pool. I definitely recommend staying here!

As all the rooms face the shared patio you can hear the noise from other guests.

It's a very clean and well maintained property. The rooms are small but have everything you need, in the communal area there are hammocks and the pool has lounge chairs.

This is a clean and decent hotel. The hostess is so friendly and helpful. She offered me coffee when I arrived early in the morning and let me store my bags for free when I was camping in the desert. The hotel is good and the hostess is excellent!

My room was next to the parking lot. So it had noise when other guests arrived late. But it's not bad.

The lady called Lily was very helpful with everything especially with my bus request. Breakfast was delicious and my room was being cleaned everyday. The price of the tour was very fair.

The hotel is within walking distance from the town center. It’s got a good pool and a secure parking for your vehicle. the rooms are spacious and clean. I was greeted by Juan Carlos whom was very helpful. The typical breakfast was also really good.

It is a very nice place in this little town. The owner is so helpful and courteous! There is a big pool where you can swim and also a playground for kids! They have the best laundry service i had in colombia . And also the breakfast is very delicious.I would come again.

Breakfast was small with very limited choice, although my Spanish is also limited so I couldn't understand the other option and they wouldn't speak slower when asked but it was basically eggs and rice one day, and eggs and toast the next as I was told that rice wasnt served with eggs even though I had it the day before. No knife with breakfast both mornings, no sugar or milk for the coffee even when asked both mornings, no butter for the toast, a tiny portion of fruit, eggs were tasty though. No water or coffee usually provided in the common areas in most places I have been. Cold shower with no option for warm. (It wasn't very cold to be fair but still not overly pleasant but I was also sick) No view from the room, although it seems to be common in Colombia, you don't get outside views, only courtyard views at most accommodations. There is a son who speaks english who helped me and a few guests with various questions, so that was helpful.

I appreciated being able to check in early when I arrived, it was not expected but it was well received. The wifi was pretty good, the place was pretty quiet and it had a pool although I was sick during my stay so didn't venture out much. Location is good for the centre, although the town is only about 1 mile in length total so even at opposite ends it would still take less then 15 mins to walk, a good base for Tatacoa desert although the weather hindered the astrophoto work thats ok, cant help the weather, the desert during the day was still awesome.

Convenient location - very helpful staff

We had written beforehand to the hotel that we would arrive early in the morning and if an early check in without additional costs was possible. The response was: if a room is available, no problem. However, when we arrived, this was not remembered anymore and we had to discuss a long time with the employee until we got a free room (which they had available) and which was just like the one we had booked. Why so much hassle? Pool had dirty water and did not seem very inviting. Some employees were not very helpful/friendly. Would not recommend to go there.

Staff were not particularly friendly. It seemed like they didn't really want to be helpful or attempt to provide any information. Maybe their lack of English and our poor Spanish didn't help. However in other hostels we have not experienced this attitude. Initially they refused to let us use the 'shared kitchen' in case we left it dirty. On contacting their boss they reluctantly agreed. Disappointing. They are not environmentally aware. Small bottles of shower gel and moisturiser, changed our towels when we specifically requested our room be left with the notice on the door, which they ignored.

It was nice to have a pool, given the temperatures. The breakfast portions were generous but not cooked to western tastes. Very poor coffee for a country with the best in the world! Free filtered water was appreciated. Very clean.
