Right in the centre of Andorra and parking was perfect for 2 motorcycles for 18 euros. Because of the issue with the location of the room, we were offered other rooms but the issue remained with the air con and noise and brightness. Breakfast good. Lots of toiletries in the room which was perfect for us as we travelled light. Bathroom has transparent walls so not ideal if you want a bit of privacy but this wasn’t an issue for us.

Air conditioning wasn’t working as it was still in the winter mode which made the room unbearable at night. Couldn’t open the door to let ventilation in because of the noise from the front where all the restaurants / people are and was it was too bright from outside shining in with all the outside lights.

. Great location close to the centre of town with good access to shopping. Underground carpark was a challenge to enter and exit but a welcome bonus. Room was on the small side but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

in the Surprisingly there were no tea / coffee making facilities in the room nor was there a fridge which would have enhanced the experience, but overall the hotel provided exactly what we needed and wanted.

Good location. A lot of restaurants in the area, except on Sundays. The room was comfortable and quiet. We visited Andorra during off season and managed to get an extra big room at decent price. Breakfast ok.

Spacious room, we had a view of the river and mountains which was really nice. The room was extremely sound proof (the river was roaring when the window was open). Bathroom was basic.

No fridge. No kettle or coffee machine. Wouldn't recommend parking on site, there are cheaper options very close by.

Very adequate breakfast, but a bit of a scrum to get to it. Very helpful staff. Parking after a large birthday group disappeared was easy

No communication at all. Keys are 30km from apartment. No whatsapp number. They do not pick up phone. They charge full amount even in case they did not give the keys. We waited for 2 hours in the rain without communication at night and were forced to go to another hotel. Apartment charged full amount and said we should go 30 km to another city and back and thats normal.
