Great location for the promenade, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment itself is a little bit tired and could do with some TLC in terms of decor and furnishings but it is very spacious and was plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out. The TV setup is not exactly as described with a basic Etisalat eLife package with which most of the movies worth watching had a charge. Not enough pillows when we arrived but the security/reception quickly rectified this. Jones the Grocer in the ground floor was a definite bonus and we had a fun dinner there - exceptional service. If I was staying in Abu Dhabi again for a couple of days I would definitely consider returning here.

We had an all inclusive package which included breakfast, lunch and dinner plus drinks. Food was exceptional -- a big thanks to the chefs. Staff where really friendly and helpful - always cheerful and willing to help. The pool side and beachfront was exceptional -- always kept clean and just gave that real holiday and relaxed feel. The room was comfortable enough considering we mainly only came to sleep. Good size bathroom with walkin shower and our room had beach side view which was just wonderful. I would definitely go back again.

Everything was just great but if i had to give a recommendation for improvement i would say the all inclusive drinks menu needs to be expanded just a little bit -- the drinks on the menu are very basic considering the price paid to make guests just that little bit special - at the moment it just very basic but still something you can enjoy.

My stay at Maxx Value Homes was excellent. The property was spotless and looked exactly like the online photos, which is a rare find. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was impressive, and it made our stay comfortable and worry-free. Check-in was straightforward, and the host was prompt and clear with all communications. We had no issues finding the place or accessing it. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities.

We enjoyed 3 days of our honeymoon there we had multiple delays in our flight to dubai they accepted to change the reservation dates although it was non refundable and cant be changed (they saved our honeymoon 🥹).. a very clean hotel with spectacular view and amazing private beach ,very friendly staff smiling and welcoming all the time they surprised us with cake and a happy honeymoon note cant be more thankful 🥹

The locatiin was great inside transit area. Room is hi tech. very nice and comfortable. Very clean and very nice staff. checkin was quick and staff were welcomung and nice. wheel chair service from arrival to hotel and next day back to boarding area for connecting flight was quick and great

Bad service, in one day with at non busy times two separate waiters forgot to bring my order. First time I just left after waiting 15-20 mins. Second time I had to remind them again after 15 minutes that I ordered a coffee. Upon arrival at my room I noticed a stain of slathered human feces on the outside of the toilet.
