Loved the hotel which is also a zoo so you can visit and feed animals in your stay. The room was very spacious and clean they change towels everyday. The staff was very helpful and kind. It’s 10-15 min far from the airport and from the yas island by car.

The only thing which was not so important is that in the shower the water flows outside in the bathroom floor from the shower even though it has protective glass

I think it's a waste of money Far better places to stay for what you get Be prepared for the location All resorts on the Palm are far away ( once you in the Palm , it's a waste of time to commute to the city - takes a while ) The staff are poorly trained & every staff member at reception is a trainee, with no supervision
