Our large, light filled Nature room and private balcony facing the cliffs. We loved the relaxed, comfortable and colourful decor of the room, so beautifully modern and hip. The artwork by Vincent Fantauzzo that dons the walls is striking.

Great location, just 10 min walk from the main beach. The room was pleasant and clean, the shower was the best! Well above my expectations. The staff is very friendly and the place seems quite organised.

That the communication was a bit difficult as we couldn’t dial directly to costumer services on the public holiday and the really high sir charge on the day. Also the food was not really that great.

The bathroom door was rotten. There were insects in the corners of the bathroom. Clearly the cleaners do not have an eye for detail. The fridge was extremely loud and was had someones leftover sauce in it when I arrived. The mattress was a larger size than the bed base. The window didn't close properly. The curtain wasn't big enough to block all light coming in. There were homeless people constantly going through the skips bins below in the alleyway the window backed onto. Some of the wiring was exposed, surely that is a safety risk. I would suggest the appropriate value of the room should be around $50 per night.

Pillows were very uncomfortable, they are so high. Putting 10 blinds down was a bit much. There is no where in the bathroom to sit anything, my beauty case sat in on the toilet.
