During my visit i had an accident and broke my leg i had to stay at the hotel 2 days with broken leg and thanks to staff ms zeynep ms ayse are very helpful they are amazing I was alone but i never feel alone thanks to them

Loved the staff! Friendly, helpful, just delightful really. The breakfast was outstanding! The room Clean and comfortable. The location perfect!

The radiator in the bathroom was not working (attached to the central heating I assume) which made it really difficult to dry towels and swim wear. The room felt chilly on the morning it rained… small inconvenience when compared to the overall experience. One other minor issue: there was no night porter so one has to take the front door key in the evening. No idea what I would have done if I had forgot or lost the key. I always assume there would be a way to get buzzed in if necessary…

Everything just worked. I liked the option to not have room service. I find it unnecessary for short stays.
