Well where do I begin, this is a fabulous hotel with super helpful staff. From the minute we checked in we were so well looked after. Well stocked mini bar with drinks, Instant Coffee and Tea machine. Food in buffet area was delicious, and there was so much choice. You can probably tell we loved our stay here, so much so that we are about to rebook for next year.

Owner of the place is really friendly, lovely and helpful man. He gives good instruction about how to get to the camping place and takes good care of guests. He is speaking good English. Place was very peacful and comfortable. 100% recommend.

The property was in a convenient location with parking right in front of it. There was a beautiful view of the Batak Reservoir and the room was spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend!

Best breakfast in Sofia. All very good, but then you find the large cheesecake hiding in plain sight! Also good coffee and very nice juice. Good wifi. Staff were all really friendly.

No parking but we found lots of space overnight in the park just round the corner, which is ok until 8.30 am and then you have to pay for blue zone.

Location just next to metro station, comfortable bed, lots of tv channels, good looking building (from outside).

Entrance door do not give any soundproof but the worst was bad smell (cigarettes, bad food, not sure....) which sometimes was appearing but I did not manage to locate the source of it.
