This hotel is actually very lovely and very cozy house with only 4 rooms in it. I believe each has it's own bathroom (our had one) and there's a shared space on 2nd floor with fridge, cooler with water, microwave and coffee machine to get some snacks. The breakfast is awesome, beautifully served, and it's A LOT! Lee is wonderful host.

It's not a negative side, but house is around 20 minutes away walk from downtown Niagara and all attractions. Good that there's not many people out there, but if you prefer exploring places by feet - prepares some comfortable footwear ))

Starting with the STAFF: we found them extremely helpful and friendly; this made for a great start. The FACILITIES were unique, and reminded us of some of our stays in Britain. BREAKFAST was great, with attentive waiters. This will definitely be our "go-to" place when we visit London again.

There was a smell of cannabis in hallway. Noisy guests need to be reminded there are other guests trying to sleep.

The place was pretty nice and clean. With some snacks... The yard was awesome, I played the piano there which was excellent. Wish I could stay longer.

At the reception there is a dark-skinned woman who is very terrible. I asked her several questions because it was my first time and she always responded rudely and started laughing when I turned around, that was the only bad thing.
