Hated the whole booking process. I contacted the hotel as was unable to travel as I had to wait for a part for my car. I contacted the hotel explaining myself and tried to change tge date. Did not ackowledge my request or change it as requested . The hotel let the bookibg stand and I am out $140+ for nothing. Obviouslry better to take a customers money than allow them to stay at the hotel at a later date (and a higher rate) which I was happy to pay. Will never book in advance again. I will be in Kamloops on Tuesday so there is still time to make arrangements to stay at this hotel. Let's see what happens and if anyone contacts me.

The staff made the stay, it's nothing fancy but the way the staff treated us far exceeded our expectations, I hope this place knows how fantastic each one of their staff members are because of them we will definitely be back and will highly recommend to other family and friends.They also kept the place Very clean and tidy

breakfast is generally good, warm, nice drinks, good toasts. It reaches my expectations on Quality Inn's average service. Free hot drinks in the public lodge.

I don't want to be picky, but regardless of room cleaness, this is the least cleaned Quality Inn every been in Quebec. Check out the spider net on the roof, and the sink desk in the washroom so dirty, I had been placed some personal using stuff in a zip bag near the sink, you know what I saw on that bag after the house service lady came into the washroom, leaving curvedly hairs on that bag, seriously? I left nothing on that bag before I left the room in this morning, and the bad was newly placed. and I just wonder if the lady was using the same wipe on both the toliet and the sink table for multiple rooms I don't know, and accidentally leaving unexpected hairs that do not belong to me. (I am Asian, was not born with brown, curvedly hairs, okay?) This is outrageous and unbelievable. And the parking issues, I was informed (messages through booking.com chats) I need to inform the parking issue as I check-in for the room, and as I got there and surprised needs to be in a public parking facility nearby and pay for an 18 CA$/vehicle/night parking fee, well, that is fair enough, in Montreal downtown, fully understood. What I need to say is to access the public parking facility, you need to wait for someone else drives in or out and then access the facility unless you wanna walking half a block away from to a metro station, walking another 15 minutes to reach your car. Awesome. And this the girl in the front desk she won't tell you.
