Its a really nice and clean hotel with really friendly staff. We only booked breakfast for the first day but it had everything you need for a breakfast on your vacation. My highlight were the freshly baked omelettes and the little pastries. Everything was delicious. Only vegan options could be improved. They had plant milk but nothing else so I switched to a vegetarian diet during our stay. In the lobby there was water, apples and little snacks all day long for free! In less than 5 minutes you can reach a huge mall and the tram/metro station. Anyways, we didn't use the metro since it's only 30 mins to walk until you reach Charles Bridge from the hotel.

Negative section of review
The only thing we didn't like is the way we mainly used to reach the hotel (because its what's google maps tells you) passing the bus parking lot because we had to pass a not so nice place with a not so nice smell ;( and it didn't feel that safe. We soon found a better but little longer way.

Situated in the very historic area. Easy to walk to viewpoints, Jewish cemetery and town centre. Quiet apartment which was well equipped with utensils.

We stayed in apartment 1 but I would really only call it a room. The bed was a sofa bed which ends up taking up most of the space. The outside decorative lighting was annoying flashing on and off when we went to bed.

I didn't like a lot of things zero communication that there will be any renovations in our room I do not have a problem that there are renovations of the insulation of the building BUT before buying this hotel I should have known that anything was going on outside my window because the construction workers were working from 8 am and talking on the phone and waking us up another scandalous thing is that at the time of our absence, someone walked around the room where we had our private belongings, rearranged the desk, left the light on and we found out only after we returned to the room, even passing by the reception, no one mentioned it to us. and for me the scandal is that I was not informed about it. No heating in the shower! Jacuzzi tub (with shower) that was very difficult to get in and out of. Big room but no closets. Barely any storage space at all. Poor lighting in the bedrooms. Friendly but not very helpful reception staff.
