The only thing we didn't like is the way we mainly used to reach the hotel (because its what's google maps tells you) passing the bus parking lot because we had to pass a not so nice place with a not so nice smell ;( and it didn't feel that safe. We soon found a better but little longer way.

Its a really nice and clean hotel with really friendly staff. We only booked breakfast for the first day but it had everything you need for a breakfast on your vacation. My highlight were the freshly baked omelettes and the little pastries. Everything was delicious. Only vegan options could be improved. They had plant milk but nothing else so I switched to a vegetarian diet during our stay. In the lobby there was water, apples and little snacks all day long for free! In less than 5 minutes you can reach a huge mall and the tram/metro station. Anyways, we didn't use the metro since it's only 30 mins to walk until you reach Charles Bridge from the hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was very comfortable, with a good selection for breakfast and nice polite staff.

The wifi connection was really very slow and the staff mentioned nothing can be done about it as there were many people in the hotel. This cannot be an acceptable reply from such a reputed hotel.

The location was excellent. Accessible from and to any part of the city. Also the staff helped organise a surprise for my wife for our anniversary.

A bit run down e.g. one hook in the bathroom door about to fall of, the attachment for the safety chain on the door was loose. Nothing major. The shower in the bathtub rather than a walk-in shower. Rather costly

Large rooms, plenty of space, comfortable bed, water, coffee and tea. Clean. I asked for a quiet room and got one. Good breakfast

Room cleaning was carelessly done. They didn’t even change the (old half full) water bottle from the previous guest. The bathroom was old and not very clean

In the evening it was quite cool in the room, I tried to turn on AC, but it didn’t work in heat mode. Slippers would be nice to have at disposition

Attitude of staff (except the man who did our check in process) bar staffs were very rude. My check out took long time due to overcharged facilities which I haven't received. Breakfast buffet - low quality and poor spread Hotel's highly expensive airport dropping service. The housekeeping station near the door which is not sound proofed where staff make loud noises.

Room was upgraded and breakfast was really nice. The staffs were all courteous and services were prompt. Though its a little away from old town but the nearness of the mall and lots of eateries around the place really makes it good. The tram stop with walking distance allows access to every places in Prague. Would love to stay again.

I think the breakfast could be improved. The coffee, the juices, the eggs, the meats etc. Sauna wasn’t hot initially. Steam room good.

the room was nice, bed sheets felt clean but the floor felt dirty. I even found a gum on the floor.

The dishes at the table were taken away too quickly when we left the table for more juice. The parking is expensive.

Breakfast was good. We missed the eggs, sunny side up (but we eventually got them when we asked for them) and pancakes. The beds are comfortable, and the location is convenient. The rooms are quiet and the view is nice.

In 4 night stay long term, we had after couple of days lot of dust in our room. Although is nearby the NH collection hotel, we could not use the swimmingpool free.

It was everything good. On breakfast I missed a bit more choise of ham or prosciuto, or mortadella.
