Staff, location. Nice strategic location close to the city centre and Sheraton hotel for drinks. The staff members were friendly. The owner let me check out at 4 pm without extra charge. Merci. Shokran. Thank you!

Their hospitality is what makes me give them a pretty good review, as well as the location of the place as I think it’s strategically located out of the busy centre-ville but close enough by transportation.

Certain rooms should be remodeled for the price they have. First room we had was nice and clean and pretty new but the second one was tiny, no mirror, broken shower, not working fridge and weak wifi. So a bit of sweet and sour here and there.

The hotel is old in need of a refurbishment. Some common areas had no air conditioner, like the hotel room passageways, which made them extremely hot. The cups were not clean, both in the room and the breakfast area. The cafe was also not clean, i literally stepped on a salt shaker on the floor when i went down there to get a snack. There was a serviette on the floor. The bathrooms were just something else.
