One thing I feel they can improve is the breakfast menu. The melon juice was very watery. Also maybe they can add some fruits for a healthier option to the menu.

The best thing I like about this place is the customer service! The front desk and the housekeeping staff were great as well. They care about the customer having a good experience.

Room 205: The bed was too soft. Far away from the city center.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel felt new, clean and comfortable.

When I arrived they gave me a room right behind the service desk it was so noisy from the staff talking, to the phone ringing, and the garage that kept opening and closing. But the second day I requested to move to a different room, and the staff was very responsive and accommodating and they gave me a new room on the second floor.

Needs some minor cosmetic fixes, but nothing drastic. The light on the balcony, and the bathroom mirror were out. But I am sure they would have been fixed within the hour if I mentioned these items to the staff.

A diamond in the rough. I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they promptly addressed any needs I had with a smile. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about the hot water situation, as some reviews had mentioned that there was none. However, I soon found out that the hotel uses a pump system that takes a bit of time to heat up, but the hot water is definitely available. The housekeeping was top-notch, and my room was always clean and well-organized. I even left some coins and bills lying around, and they were neatly placed on my desk. While there were a few minor cosmetic issues, they did not bother me at all. I could have stayed at the big chains, but very glad I made the decision to stay here instead for the month. Fridge/ Freezer, Stove, and Microwave went a long way. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had to ask for a second towel since the room had only one. After a second day, the cleaning lady took it away again. Also, the microwave didn't have a place to plug in.

I think free breakfast may have been available, but we did not know ahead of time. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the maid entered each day while we were gone to remake it.

The hosts were amazing! They organized a tour for us and were very flexible on the check out time due to our flight cancellation.
