Very nice hotel with amazing location near all historical places. The view on the Nile was just wonderful and magical🥰 Hotel staff was very friendly and helpfu with any guestionl. Want to thank the lady from guest relation specially 🙌👐 for proffessional service and good care🤲 Room was very royal and clean🥰 Will visit again 100%🙏

the food variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner was exceptional, specially the Egyptian and Seafood dinner nights. Beach access and shuttle bus to the Titanic royal were excellent, food variety and ice-cream selection at the beach was great too

Lifeguard attendance around the kids pools can be increased with monitored kids slides at all time. Animation team was barely noticeable as they didn't engage with guests. hotel staff were great when you wanted something from them but they can be more engaging with guest outside of wanting anything

The toilets were sometimes not very clean (more so outside next to the beach and the other one next to the snack bar) but otherwise it was very nice.

First rooms ,Can you imagine no Wi fi in the whole rooms and when asked for mi fi they gave one not working , Pillows very hard and not soft not comfortable at all . The house keeping is not answering the phones after 12 am some times !!!! House keeping you have to ask him everyday to provide the same requirements. Front office not showing any hospitality except shimaa doing her best . Swimming pools not heated so problem for kids . NO ANIMATION NO ACTIVITIES . I heard a lot about the hotel but obviously below expectations . I clarified to help others because hotel management when you ask them why no activity no animation they say because it is not season!! Can you imagine staff saying that in 5 stars hotel considered one of the best . Not good experience will not go there again .

Its cozy, close to the lighthouse and most of dahab attractions. Its just what I needed for a 1 night stay.

2 things i didn't like: 1. The bathroom was too poor, due to the old shower and bathroom facilites. 2. I got a basic single room and its satisfying but not value for money. In other words, its a high price for such room with poor facilities compared to other motels or camps having the same room facilites and and very low price.
