Positive section of review
Very nice historical building, helpful staff, excellent location for the Guggenheim Museum, theatre, Old town etc. You can take a bus from airport to get to the hotel. It takes 20 min or so and costs €3. The bus will drop you just across the street. You should visit some bars in the old town where they serve amazing tapas and wine, and you will eat with locals. There are 13 Michelin restaurants and their prices seem quite good as well. Bilbao is an amazing city and I will definitely come back.

Beautiful & Cozy Apart. Pool & Parking-Downtown

Great location, right in the center and next to Plaza Cabildo. The apartment is nice and just like in the photos, everything looking brand new and well taken care. Garaje is very easy to access and in the same building as the apartment, which is always a plus in Sanlucar. Hosts were nice and always available to help in any question, including tips and suggestions on places to go.

The staff was exceptionally nice, and they let us check-in later. At the reception they have pastry and coffee for everyone. Our room had a nice atmosphere, a big cabinet for cloths, and a shower where you can set the water to come from the top. It has an air conditional too. It's in the center of a super cute town, and the price is very good. I really recommend staying here.

When I turned the water off in the shower the switch changed, and some drop of water came out from the top. There was a fridge in my room, but it didn't feel very cold (although it might be set differently, we didn't check). The size of the room is not too big (but it has a really big and confortable bed).

Lovely hotel with nice staff. Quiet location. Nice selection for breakfast. For dinner there were few vegetarian options, but staff were happy to prepare something to accommodate my dietary needs. The beach is about 5 mins away. There are steps to get down to the beach, so keep that in mind.

It is a wonderful youth community hostel. Wonderful location, absolutely lovely roof terrace bar, nice people, big general kitchen. I had a double room called La Graciosa, it had big windows with a view to port of Los Cristianos. Definitely want to go back there!

The host Esperanza is a lovely ,helpful lady.Nothing is a problem.She shows guests how to communicate with her when advise is needed and is available 24/7. The flat is very secure and has a super shower and usual fixtures. Good value too.

Exceeded our expectations! Our stay at this apartment was fantastic! The beds were super comfy, the space was clean, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Lovely decor, furnishings. Roof terrace was a super sun area all day and balcony lovely for breakfast or a cooler sitting out area. The new smart tv made accessing prime movies etc very easy.

Stone spiral Stairs up to apartment a bit tricky with luggage. Swimming pool good but swimming pool area a bit sad - but that will be an item for the whole community not just our hosts. More shelves/drawers in bedroom would have been good. Information on the area would have been helpful - good shops, restaurants, beaches etc.

Even cigarettes are not allowed, we were able to smell smokes in the room. We were cold during the night and I had to take the blanket in the cupboard.
