Very basic hotel but ok! Clean Room, facilities are ok. You have place for parking. It's a good value for money, especially if you travel alone or just need a place to sleep and a quick breakfast.

Lovation is superb and really close to the tram stop if coming straight from the airport. Really close to everything Nice has to offer. Large superior room was perfect for a long weekend.
