The hotel itself and the rooms are very small - indeed somewhat uncomfortably small. You can barely find engough space to open your suitcase. Also there were very limited possibilities to store or hang clothes, so you basically have to dress from your bag, which is not ideal.

The best thing about the hotel was the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. (For example: We had a minor complaint about the bathroom, which they immediately resolved. They also gave us some good tips on walking arround the city.) The hotel itself is located ideally for exploring the city: you can reach the most important tourist destinations by a short walk. Transfer from/to the airport is easiest by tram line 2 and a short walk. There are also some good restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Breakfast at the hotel was good. The selection of foods is somewhat limited, however if somethings runs out, and you ask for it, they will refill it for you.

Our twin beds were very close and virtually touching. I like a bit of distance even if I’m fond of my friend just a little too close. There was some building works which did disturb us. The rooms are not very soundproof so we heard the room next door. I bought ear plugs but they didn’t help much. I’m a light sleeper unfortunately. There aren’t many hotels that do not have some noise which is expected in a small environment. But I really liked this hotel nonetheless.

Perfect spot in the mix of the bars and restaurants. 600 m from rue des Anglais and 3 min tram to get to and from airport all walkable. Nice Hotel, excellent value. Free tea and coffee and water with fridge and hairdryer.

We requested a room with street facing balcony and early check-in and the staff arranged for both! The balcony was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was extremely helpful in helping us navigate transport for Cannes and Monaco.

The soundproofing for the room was rather awful (you could hear e.g. the toilet use of the neighboring room) This didn't really bother us though, as all the other guests of the hotel happened to be very silent and well behaving folk. No noise outside from the street either.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location, very good bed and the bathroom was nice and well functioning. The breakfast exceeded our expectation. The terrace at the hotel roof was a very nice place too.
