The location is the main win for this hotel. It is so close to the Lourve and there are many great restaurants around. We sometimes would go back to hotel to put our things down or go back to use the toilet (not that easy finding a public toilet in Paris!). For this price and to be this close to the Lourve there are also some cons as well.

The room is quite small so if you have two large suitcases you might struggle (We had to be super organized). The bathroom/toilet is incredible small and cramped. I am quite petite but I still find it a bit of struggle not to walk into the toilet when entering/exiting the shower.

Very spacious, comfy beds, basement is good if you are in a big group and stay inside. But it is not very used. Internal sleeping rooms (no outside windows) are most silent, but it is a trade to silence vs fresh air.

coffee capsules could have been more numerous. the shutter system of the windows was not explained, could not be opened. so that we stayed in the dark in the living room. we did not stay inside anyways, so it did not affect us too much, but I would have expected to be able to have a coffee in the daylight. Also, in the ceiling seems to be some living animals, that are awake at 4am in the morning. this should be checked.

Lovely location in the old centre. Close to city facilities, but also surounded by forrest and the race track and horse shows. Appartment is really nice!

Gave me a twin room the beds are ring and uncomfortable Breakfast is basic No toaster No water in room had to pay 4€ in reception as nothing else open public holiday
