We really had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The bed and couch were super comfortable, enough towels at our disposal, the kitchen and bathroom great and the stay really felt like at home. The additional bonus was the washer and dryer ( Miele too!) in the front and the entrance ( code to enter and to retrieve the key) was super easy. We stayed with a baby so it was super convenient to be in a center but quiet street and close to tram- all boxes ticket with this apartment. True, we had a bit of first shock about security deposit of 500€, but once explained, we eased into it and saw it as no problem. Really wonderful stay, cannot recommend enough!

Location is great, very close to a RER train station, so it's 5 min to Disneyland and around 40 min to Paris from the train platform. Staff is English speaking, very kind and helpful. Beds are comfortable and the hotel has a safe underground parking. The apartment was big enough for my family of 3, kitchen is stocked with crockery, pots and utensils, so was easy to prep breakfast or snacks.

The kitchen, appliances and furniture are getting a bit outdated. There was paint chipping around the sliding doors that separate the double bed from the couch area.

Lovely comfortable apartment, very quiet and peaceful in the heart of Bordeaux. It had everything we needed to relax after a busy day sightseeing! Anne-Sophie was very helpful and always responded promptly to our questions.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor up windy stone steps, which are not well lit, would not recommend for those with reduced mobility. Do not take too much luggage! We could not get the WiFi to work, though mobile reception was excellent.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The view of the mountains was a big plus. They told us that they upgraded our room. The restaurant downstairs was stylishly decorated. They accept dogs which was nice.

The room was very small. The furniture was chipped. The pillows were really uncomfortable as though they were filled with air. The location was far from the lake but I should have done more research. They charge a fee for parking and for the dog but It wasn’t too expensive (10€ parking and 10€ dog). The stay was acceptable, must remind myself it is 3 star.

The place is new and clean, great hospitality, great amenities (towels, kitchenette, washing machine,..). My family really enjoyed our stay. Definitely Will come here again and recommend to all.

The owner did not answer when we phoned because we were struggling to find the key. The open toilet on the top floor is rather uncomfortable when travelling as a group. The shower on the middle floor did not work. The sheets of the bed on the top floor was dirty. Parking is not included and need to be paid for separately. The owner did not really assist in reserving the parking.

No services at all. The restaurant on the weekend is a veritable disaster. After my departure, the hotel charged me 28 euros, and I did not get any explanation.
