Out of two, one bathroom was impractical to use, and too small. Only one toilet was there but the booking mentioned two bathrooms. The doors of all rooms kept banging into each other and we're impractical. We were overcharged city tax as compared to the details on booking.com

Breakfast wasn't great and the distance to the shopping center/supermarket was a bit father than expected.

The kitchen, appliances and furniture are getting a bit outdated. There was paint chipping around the sliding doors that separate the double bed from the couch area.

Location is great, very close to a RER train station, so it's 5 min to Disneyland and around 40 min to Paris from the train platform. Staff is English speaking, very kind and helpful. Beds are comfortable and the hotel has a safe underground parking. The apartment was big enough for my family of 3, kitchen is stocked with crockery, pots and utensils, so was easy to prep breakfast or snacks.

Room felt a little unorganised, no mirror near plugs, curtains didn’t fully shut. Some of the plug sockets did not work, and seemed to be extra light switches which didn’t do anything.

Great location, quick and easy to Disney for those who do not wish to stay on property. Staff were very friendly.

The 2 bedroom apartment has a strange layout, but it was suitable for us - 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

The location is excellent!!! Train station to Disneyland or Paris is in front of the hotel. Only 5 minutes ride to Disneyland!! Shopping center within 5-7 minutes walking. The stuff was very kind and professional, and the breakfast was tasty.

The elevator was bit old, and we experience it was out of service once during our stay. No information about the problem, we waited about 10minutes but the elevator never came, had to use the stair from 4th floor, other than that all was wonderfull.

The location is central, near gare val d'europe and mall val d'europe Quite neighborhood, safe, easy access from train station and mall. Able to store luggage when arrive before check in time. Staff was very helpfull. Laundy facility available.

Staff is not very nice, they are just hanging there talking with their peers. Breakfast was okeish but they did not refill anything when the food buffet was empty, more sweets than savory meals. The sofa-bed is very uncomfortable

The basin waste in the bathroom was not working, so we had to use the kitchen sink. But it is not a big deal to us.

It is very convenient to the Metro station,shopping center, Disneyland. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The property entrance is odd, not on the main street but at the back. Elevators need pin code rather than using your key card. They don't offer shuttles to disneyland. the room has an odd layout with a lot of doors and useless walls. no wall plugs next to bed. can not turn on AC in march, you need to open the window.

Room was big, has kitchen, big bathroom, metro station is right next to the hotel. there are couple of restaurants of within 10 minutes walk across the street from the hotel.

There isn't anything to dislike. Excellent situation close to all amenities.

Breakfast was well presented and well stocked. The hotel is excellent for visiting Disney as it is only one stop on the RER.

Extremelly efficient and kind staff. We ask for an early check in and they were very helpful. Walking distance to Shopping Center and RER trains.

Communication was poor. Tried to contact property twice and received no reply. Went for breakfast a couple of times. Very little out. Had to ask for more which took a while and only small amounts came out to try and reduce waste/cost.

Location was excellent. Literally a minutes walk to the metro and then a few mins to Disneyland. Ideal!

Little old property but can't complain much due to distance proximity. Sofa bed could have been more comfortable and less noisy.

1 min walk to the train station and just 1 station away from Disneyland, so I loved that we did not have to travel much after spending the entire day at Disneyland

Half of the plug sockets in the apartment didn't work. The internal door to the master bedroom was faulty and wouldn't open, meaning we had no choice but to use the sliding doors. The room is a little dated and damaged, a lick of paint and new wallpaper wouldn't go amiss. The bathroom and gaps around the main bed are quite tight, space is at a premium here.

Really close to Val Du Europe and RER station Having the closing doors was a bonus as could settle little one to sleep and still have an area to read / watch TV The kitchenette with fridge was ideal as we could prepare our own breakfast and keep evening snacks chilled Superb value as a base for a Disney trip.
