The House is very new and extremely well equipped with excellent WiFi, the staff were always available at short notice to deal with any issues we had. The Cleaner was a lovely lady and did a very thorough job.

No fault of the Property, unfortunately the power went out quite a few times and the back up generator was not a silenced generator and really not powerful enough for the size of property. The road in and out of the property is going through massive roadworks, so a real pain to get in and out. The Garden around the property could be nice but hasn't been finished yet so it still feels a bit like a building site at the moment.

Breakfast is great. Servers are not as friendly. Room is comfortable and clean. Pool is always clean but not always accessible.

The location was good.

The buffet choice was not as advertised on the week we especially Sunday. e asked to be picked up at the airport this did not happened. we spent the first 4 days of the 2 week trip chasing the Admin manager to ask why this did not happened and what was it we were told we were being charged for as a no show. Eventually we got to speak to us, she assured us she will arrange a taxi for our return to the airport and sort out looked into what happened to the charge. again she did not do this nor get back to us previously. The other staff on a whole were very lovely, Rihanna, was exceptional. We had to send back a burger as it was not cooked through, it came back cold, we refused to pay for that, care to catering could be improved upon.On the weekend we had a very limited choice of buffet. cleaning staff were accommodating.

Most staff quite lazy. Not proactive but reactive. You have to ask for everything, sometimes twice. Laundry not done when promised and lost an item, eventually found because I chased. However 2 or 3 staff were excellent.
