Positive section of review
Best for a short staycation right by the beach. Little walk from the ferry pier. Round the clock staff at the desk, conveniently selling drinks and snacks 24H. Bed was surprisingly comfortable and shower was bigger than expected. Super clean. Staff were helpful.

It's my third time staying here, mainly because the location is perfect and a comfortable common space to meet new friends. Glad they provided a water refill machine right behind the reception which you don't need to buy mineral water.

The pillow was too soft for me, barely slept well. The condition of the building is kinda under construction, so might seem dangerous.

The people at the front desk were not friendly. When someone works at a front desk and with a hotel of this brand than they should be able to speak at least one different language. Nobody spoke English. The guy who did speak English was not very good but we managed to understand. They were not helpful at all. Right there at the fish market so there is always this smell of fish. The rooms are so dirty. This hotel is so rundown that it is a shame that it is called Ramada Grand view. There is no view what soever and you literally can look into the windows and balcony's of others right across the street. Oil and javel spots on the carpet, rusty bathtub, water leaking from the toilet, dirty under the sink. Dirty everywhere.

Stairs getting to the hotel entrance when walking to and from the station with a pram. Have to go on the roadway which is very bumpy if toddler is in the pram
