The place is clean, neat and simple, the bed is comfortable enough and is king size (laying on designed concrete so no bugs under the bed), very spacious and well equipped bathroom with two shower heads, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, balsam, toothpaste, toothbrush… Good WiFi connection. TV has fast access to Netflix, YouTube, etc… Coffee, tea, kettle and 24h available water refill at reception. Mini fridge. A/C aiming aside bed, which is crucial to me. Quiet and peaceful for rest and sleep. Functional clean pool.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was fantastic to walk out your door and straight into the hot springs. They were so warm!!! The room was really dark once the door closed and we had the best nights sleep. Staff were great and I would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent and restaurant was nice. Location was good, next to the port and close to the beaches and restaurants. The pool was also clean and right temperature.

The bathroom door doesn’t shut completely so during the night it allowed for some mosquitoes to come in. But the hotel offers mosquito repellents. WiFi was a bit slow.

Really comfy and clean room with everything we needed. Easy to get into Ubud quickly with a great shortcut to the main street. Helpful staff.

Alot, room, pool, bar - everything was beautiful. It was just like the photos. Host who welcomed us was lovely.

Only thing I could suggest to improve is: better pillows and had to unplug the fridge to use the fan. Can't comment on breakfast, as this was not included in our package.
