The staff helps out a lot, they are always greeting you, always answering immediately on the phone at the reception, the breakfast is excellent, you can order a cab within a few minutes and there are plenty of options to eat and enjoy yourself within the compound.

The front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful. My room door was broken so I could not come and go without waiting 15 minutes every time to be let into my room. Then my room door was being service so I was disturbed for almost an hour. I asked for extra time to check out due to this but they refused and wanted me to pay extra. I asked for wifi whilst I waited in the hotel as my flight was delayed 6 hours, they refused also. Simply requests but they refused and were just not friendly or helpful or understanding. All the other staff, room service, security were very nice and kind.
