We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandRestaurant Food needs extra attention ,it was tasty however it could be better. There are many restaurants in the vicinity aswell. Housekeeping needs extra attention to details as well like if the clean and fresh bed sheet is changed not just by putting a bedsheet straight from the laundry one has to double check the laundry if it was laundered and pressed well before it is placed in the room.however the hotel staff made every effort to make my stay comfortable. Room was compact and cozy however if you travel with many bags then the rooms might become very congested.
Almost everything Excellent and very helpful staff sudeep pradeep and sandeep where as sudeep being a star of the hotel. The venue of the hotel is great,next to the bus stops , shops , atms , restaurant etc. Hotel itself has a Big bar and restaurant and shops etc. Air conditioners worked perfectly fine when you use it with a slow fan as the outside heat was too much.just you need to be patience for around 5 minutes for the room to cool down however when you come back in your room from outside after a long day you feel very refreshed and cold as the room temperature is maintained as nice and cold. Very comfortable stay without any disturbance. Clean and tidy rooms. Overall , excellent stay I must say.i travelled solo and it was great , there are bigger rooms for family aswell . Good price and comfortable hotel.thank you team for an amazing experience. When you are in Kundapura and you need a comfortable and easy access hotel choose Samudyatha inn and suites it’s worth a try.
