The welcome note given to us is "Your booking is not valid.". Then, after some time, they allowed us to check in. In all the hotels, the room key will be given to a room boy / Service boy and the luggage will be carried by room boy, who will be guiding the guests to the room. Here, no such gesture was shown by hotel staff. I booked a room for 4 nights and 5 days. When I got out of the hotel on the second afternoon, someone called me and said, Your checkout time is now, and where are you?" The water heater was working on day 1, and the next three days it was not working. Usually Wifi information will be given to guests when they check in eventhough guest not requesting it. They never given those informations. When we call the room service, most of the time in intercom, we will be getting engaged tone. The food was very poor at the attached hotel (Ashirwad Grand), and the servers of that hotel had a very poor attitude. Overall, I had a very poor experience. I will never recommend this hotel to any one.
