Located close to Dal lake yet away from the main road, heritage house is a charming old building which is reasonably well maintained. The views from the upper floor rooms were good and the decoration had a touch of heritage in it. The staff was very helpful.

The lower floor room had a bathroom door that was tough to close, an awkwardly placed toilet seat, and no views.

Everything was great. The food at the red brick road restaurant was amazing. The hospitality of the entire staff especially Mr. Gaurav was very heartwarming.

The bathroom was clean. The room was also kept quite clean and the hotel was easy to find.

First the outside location was quite dusty, walking to have breakfast in another building was not the best. The room did not have some of the amenities describe and the room was very small. I had roughly a feet between the bed and Tv which made movement very difficult. finally the bathroom taps were faulty and they giving electrical shocks. This is very dangerous for residents as it could lead to serious injuries. I think this should be taken very serious by the hotel

Furniture in the room was dated, sofa was broken and was really uncomfortable to sit on. Restaurant food for lunch and dinner was very local, no international cuisine options available.
